I am extremely pleased with the improvement in the health of my friend since her arrival at Meadow Bank House Care Home several months ago. I have found the staff to be very caring and competent. They are always helpful and ready to go the extra mile. My friend is very satisfied with the meals and drinks
that are provided and I believe she would agree with the scores I have given here. If in the future, I needed residential care, I hope it will be somewhere like Meadow Bank House Care Home.

My mum has been well looked after and her health has improved since she came to this care home in July. She has eaten better and become more engaged with people. The company has done her good. The staff are all very helpful and obliging and keep our family informed.

Meadow Bank House does not feel like a care home but feels like Mum's home. Whilst the facilities, cleanliness, activities etc are all first rate, what makes the place so special is the staff. Mum, sadly, has had to move to palliative care and not only have the staff looked after her wonderfully, sympathetically
and caringly, but they have been so kind and supportive to us, her family. We could not have wished for more.

My mother-in-law came to you for a short time as she was nearing the end of life. I cannot praise each and every one of your staff we were made to more than welcome we felt comfortable all staff treated us with respect they couldn't do enough for us. They kept us going with tea coffee biscuits never
too busy to speak to us always a smile absolutely marvellous I know what pressure you can be under in your line of work as I've been there myself you really are brilliant your staff put faith back into carers. The dignity and respect you showed to my mother-in-law was second to none - you all should be proud of yourselves x

The staff at Meadowbank are all welcoming friendly and extremely supportive not only the residents but their families. From the day my mum arrived, she was treated with respect and kindness. All the staff were polite interested and friendly to her and her family. When mum was very sick and dying the
care and genuine affection shown to her and to all of her family was very comforting.
I could not have wished for a better place for mum.

I am very happy with the care my grandmother receives. I have no concerns. They keep me informed in regards to my Nan's health and I would not hesitate to recommend the home to other people. I would like to see more activities on for the residents.

As a Registered Nurse, Jincy has gained many years of experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Jincy shares that HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jincy remarked:


“Being able to provide a homely atmosphere for my Residents. Caring for other people makes me feel valued. And I also love being able to help Colleagues achieve their professional goals.”


Outside of work, Jincy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and travelling. One of her biggest achievements was working as part of an operation theatre for a nurse's training project in India.
