At Meadow Bank House, we aim to provide the highest standards of care and we appreciate that the consistency of colleagues has a positive impact for residents. The home manager has an open door policy where residents, staff, families and friends can speak to her at any point to discuss any concerns or changes to the care given. As a home, we always look to improve our service and we work closely with the local hospice teams and Macmillan to ensure we are improving our palliative care service. Staff at Meadow Bank House are currently undergoing training for six steps 2, which focuses on palliative care. I am sure the home manager would appreciate meeting you and receiving your feedback. I am sorry that you are not happy with the time it takes to get some jobs done. I have taken on board your concern and have discussed this with the maintenance operative to ensure all tasks, however big or small, are dealt with in a timely manner. We have a maintenance diary that we ask colleagues and visitors to write in if there are anything that needs completing, this is situated next to the manager’s office under the T&A terminal.

As a Registered Nurse, Jincy has gained many years of experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Jincy shares that HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jincy remarked:
“Being able to provide a homely atmosphere for my Residents. Caring for other people makes me feel valued. And I also love being able to help Colleagues achieve their professional goals.”
Outside of work, Jincy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and travelling. One of her biggest achievements was working as part of an operation theatre for a nurse's training project in India.
