We are pleased that in general, you are happy with Brookdale View, and we have taken on board your concerns about medication. We take the administration of medication very seriously and we have robust checks and audits in place. All staff who have responsibility for medication have comprehensive training and we complete competency assessments with them on an annual basis. Please do not hesitate to liaise with home management should you have any concerns whatsoever, we are always happy to help.

My mother-in-law has been in Brookdale Care Home since February. My wife and I feel lucky to have found such a good place close to our home, where my wife can pop round any time of day. The very friendly and helpful staff do a brilliant job. The manager is again approachable. So far no problems....
