My mum has been here for only 2 weeks. The care and staff have made my mum feel at home and are very kind, lovely girls. The deputy manager is so very nice and honest. Any problems are sorted and everyone works as a team here.
The nursing staff are really good. My mum has bowel cancer and they are so good at controlling mum's pain. Brookdale View Care Home is really good with no concerns at all.
Brookdale View is a very impressive place, lovely décor and furnishing, residents can make their rooms specific to their own tastes, bringing mirrors, bedspreads and pictures, all to give it a homely feel. The dining room is lovely and the food is excellent, I'm really pleased with the care my friend receives, he's looked after and that gives me peace of mind. The staff are really hard working, the staff are really hard working and pleasant. I would recommend this care home to anybody.
My experiences with Brookdale view has exceeded my expectations. My grandmother is in the best possible care being a resident at Brookdale view. Staff, senior staff and management are all of a caring and kind nature. All of my grandmother's needs are all met professionally but most importantly they are met with kindness, patience and compassion. Great peace of mind we all feel as a family knowing our relative is safe and comfortable at Brookdale View.
The staff have fantastic patience and maintain modesty at all times. The food is delicious and there is plenty of choice at mealtimes. All staff are dressed appropriately. I am totally enjoying my stay at the home.
Staff and management are friendly, efficient and informative. They communicate all information relating to my brother without any fuss. Having dealt with a difficult nursing home before Brookdale View was a breath of fresh air.
My wife is living in Brookdale View Care Home and she feels like it's her own home. The staff are so friendly and supportive of the patients. Particularly the manager who is professional in leading her staff and gives kind advice to all members of staff who are working well together. Excellent. I will strongly recommend this care home to the Chinese community if some of those need similar care or treatment.
First impressions are very good, very clean, lovely dining rooms and lounges. Very well maintained.
Staff are very kind and helpful, they take the time to chat and make you feel safe and cheer you up.
I am a relative who visits, and have found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them, at least the ones that I ask about various things. There is always somebody doing housekeeping and it is as clean as it can be in the circumstances.
Very good nursing care and carers, lovely and clean. Nice grounds.
Brookdale View we found to be very friendly and all the staff were always available to answer any questions and so cheerful which helped in knowing your loved one (my husband) was always greeted with a lovely good morning and a smile.
The staff are polite, professional and quick. Very helpful.
My uncle has been in Brookdale View for some time now. I find the staff are excellent with him and always treat him with respect, which must be hard as my uncle is not easy to look after. Returning to the staff, who I think are under paid and I believe are paid a minimum wage, they do a thankless job which a lot of people would not nor could not do. I take my hat of to the staff of Brookdale View. I really do think the pay system needs to be reviewed for staff of care homes.
My mother says the treatment and care has been very good. The staff are friendly and attentive, she also said she likes the room. Myself, I agree with my mother.
Very happy with all the care Mum is receiving. Home is very clean. Staff are fantastic with my mother, very polite. Have noticed they have lots of care for all services users. I would recommend any of my friends to see this care home for family members.
Really nice care home with super staff. All residents are looked after well. The home is a welcoming place where you can visit anytime. It is very clean too with nice rooms. It has been a good home for my Uncle who has been here for a few years now.
Staff are very pleasant. Very happy with the care and support and my mum is happy with everything. The home is clean and tidy and I'm happy to recommend Brookdale View.
Having been a carer in various settings for 34 years, I was looking for a care home that ticked all the boxes. After looking at 7 places, we decided that Brookdale View was the right place for our mum. The staff are very good, patient and respectful of all my mum's needs. Mum seems to have developed a rapport with a certain carer who appears to have time to explain to my mum when need be. The manager is very efficient and listens to any concerns that may arise. No care home is perfect however pleased my mum is here.
My dad hasn't been here long but I have found the nursing care to be very good. It is friendly and caring.
A particular carer and the other staff always keep my Mam occupied and happy. They will always sit and find the time to have a chat and giggle with her. All of the staff are professional and empathetic to my mother's issues. It's down to the staff since arriving that my mother no longer feels isolated.
My brother is being well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are doing a wonderful job and they all go the extra mile. All the staff make everyone feel happy and cared for.
