Thank you for your review. It has been a really difficult time for us during this pandemic and we have tried hard to keep relatives and friends updated. I am sorry you are disappointed by the lack of communication and that you felt a nuisance. This is certainly not the impression we would ever want to give.
Thank you very much for your feedback. Throughout the pandemic staff have tried hard to ensure that residents and their families feel supported and are given every opportunity to maintain regular contact through phone calls, Skype calls and garden visits when permitted. The staff understands how difficult it is for our residents and their families to be apart especially on occasions such as birthdays. We try our best to make our residents feel special on their birthday with music, dancing, cake and a hearty rendition of Happy Birthday! We are working towards facilitating future visiting in line with Local and Government guidelines. Once further guidance is received, an update will be supplied to families. I will pass your kind comments onto the staff team.

I know my sister is a special case because of certain legal conditions but the management has taken it upon themselves to impose extra draconian conditions.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your experience is not as positive as it is for many relatives. This is a very difficult situation but please be assured that we are always open to discussions to improve things where we can.
