The care and attention given is of a very high standard, staff are very pleasant and helpful. They make sure that all his needs are catered for and knowing that my dad is being well cared for gives us as a family peace of mind.
Excellent friendly staff. Very helpful- supportive. Always got time to listen to you when you have something to say to them.
My dad is well looked after. He is always smartly dressed, well fed, nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff. The home is always clean. I have recommended Chorlton Place care home to a lot of people.
The staff at Chorlton Place are pleasant, kind and caring. I feel that the environment is safe and care for my relative takes into considerations her needs and wishes and that of the family.
Chorlton Place is a welcoming, caring environment. Mum has settled in very well, she is enjoying the interaction with staff and other residents. The rooms are spacious, the lounges attractively furnished and decorated. Mum is enjoying visiting the hairdresser, having a bath and feels safe knowing there is always someone to lend a hand. We are so pleased we were able to find such a caring place for her.
The resident was looked after for 4 months in Chorlton Place with wonderful compassion, dignity and humour. The staff at the care home were always attentive to visitors and kept me updated at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. This establishment should be recognised for its outstanding care of the elderly and needy.
At Chorlton Place there is always a warm welcome from friendly smiling staff. Our 90year old (nearly 91!) friend is deaf and partially blind, is treated with utmost care and taking care to preserve her dignity and good humour. She's not very communicative and has no family. However a visit from Santa and his reindeer just provided us with a beautiful photo of her with a beaming smile. She loves it, Chorlton Place is a very uplifting place, made possible by its wonderful and obviously well trained staff.
I came to view Charlton Place as my father had to have nursing home care after being discharged form hospital. Found it most welcoming, staff very pleasant. Excellent standard.
The staff at Chorlton Place have all been very kind and caring. My sister requires quite a lot of individual help and attention and she has received this.
