Beautiful place to place your loved one. Most caring staff, rooms are very comfortable, food excellent and plenty of activities. My father has made lots of new friends. Couldn't ask for better, gives us all peace of mind knowing he is well looked after and we would recommend Longwood Lodge.
Thank you for your kind words, I will share your comments with the team.
My aunty is in Longwood Lodge and I have no issues with the care and help that they give to her on a daily basis. The manager could not be more helpful and approachable. The staff are very pleasant and caring towards her they already treat her as one of the family because that's how they make everyone feel.
Moving both my parents in following discharge from covid intensive care unit during lockdown in 2020 was such a worry. The none negotiable was that they needed to be together.
Longwood excelled in keeping in touch through various mediums and when I finally could visit from overseas it was like greeting old friends.
Person-centred care and co-design on the activities is forefront and the heart of the organisation. The staff go above and beyond and make every resident, and every family feel like they are "the favourite".
My parents were happy to live here with such caring people around them.
Thank you Longwood staff (family).
Thank you for your kind review it will be passed to the team.
My mum has been a resident in Longwood Lodge Care Home for four years now and I have found it one of the most , kind, caring and professional homes I have known. The staff are just so amazing and very loving to my mum, which makes my sister and I able to relax knowing that our mum is being looked after just like we would inbetween the times we are not able to be with her. We just simply can't show our appreciation enough to all the staff who have the biggest hearts.
Thank you very much for your kind words we will share your comments with the team at Longwood Lodge.
Having worked in the care industry I have no qualms about giving them 100% for everything. I could not have registered my parents with anywhere better. Staff and management are excellent and I've had no problems in two years.

My nan has been in Longwood for just over 3 years now, and I can honestly say I would recommend this home to anyone. It has been a difficult time not seeing my nan, but with Skype, window visits and seeing her on Facebook keeps us all as a family happy knowing she is well looked after. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
They are a credit to their profession.
The home is lovely, the staff are so kind and respectful to my mum. She has settled in so well. I feel really comforted to know she is safe especially during these tough times with Covid. Cannot recommend highly enough.
