The staff themselves try very hard to look after everyone I visit every day and have always found them very helpful. I know the activities coordinator works hard to arrange events but feel more occupational therapy should be arranged.

The service I receive is mainly a positive one. My only disappointment is the food - when it is presented to me, it's cold and not appetising (tasteless). The whole area regarding food needs to be looked into and revamped and make it a pleasure at mealtimes instead of a disappointment.
