My complaints whatsoever. I have peace of mind knowing that my Aunt is being well looked after in Pendleton Court. All the staff are very courteous and caring. The place has a very friendly atmosphere. My Mum spent the last 2 years of her life here and was looked after with care and dignity so I had no hesitation in applying for a place here when my Auntie needed to go into residential care.
It has been a good experience with lots of contact if mum needs this or if she falls. Staff have been a joy to work with. Rooms are kept clean. I would not hesitate to use you again if I needed.

My mother was a resident at Pendleton Court Care Home for the final months of her life. She was treated with great dignity and respect by all the staff who dealt with her needs with sensitivity and care. Towards the end of her life, staff helped Mum through difficult times. They were also very supportive to members of the family, dealing sensitively with us as mum's conditioned deteriorated. Our overriding feeling about Pendleton Court Care Home is one of kindness. The staff at all levels were kind, not because of a slogan on a wall or phrase on a website, but because they wanted to do their best for the family. We will never forget their kind support.
