We visited several homes, some good, some so-so and we were very impressed with Pendleton Court so it came as a relief when we were accepted and the home has lived up to our expectations.

They are all so loving and caring.
Residents really enjoy the activities on offer.
Rooms are always clean and care is taken with residents' clothes and belonging.
Food and drink are of a high standard and alternative food options are offered.

My mum has experienced respite care, day care and very recently, nursing care at Pendleton Court.
The care home is extremely well run and the staff are very competent.
The care manager is absolutely excellent at her job and delivers a first class service and I know she wouldn't expect anything less from her staff.

I've put my faith in Pendleton Court to take good care of the thing that matters most to me in my life - my mum. And my mind was made up in seconds that Pendleton Court would be the right place for her.

I think I speak for my whole family when I say the care my mum is receiving is outstanding. She is always clean and fed. There are activities taking place. She seems content here, although she cannot communicate.

Overall I am very happy with the care afforded to my friend.
Should there be any issue, I pass my observations to management who sort things out efficiently and without delay.

The relative meetings are useful in providing information and feedback.

Mum was transferred there for end of life, nursing care. It has a homely, friendly feel and is very clean. However, we are sorry we chose Pendleton Court.

My father has been in Pendleton Court for nearly 2 years now. During this time he has constantly been well cared for. He is as content as it is possible for him to be and this is due to the care and affection he receives from the staff. They are so kind and considerate of him.
They do everything for him with compassion and with dignity in mind.

When he wants he is included in the activities and made to feel special if included. Room and clothing always clean.

I can review frontline staff with a genuine opinion, but not management due to lack of contact. I find all carers in contact with my wife to give excellent care and treat with the utmost dignity and keep me well informed about her welfare and wellbeing. I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for the way they have cared and tended my wife.

My mother was a resident at Pendleton Court Care Home for the final months of her life. She was treated with great dignity and respect by all the staff who dealt with her needs with sensitivity and care. Towards the end of her life, staff helped Mum through difficult times. They were also very supportive to members of the family, dealing sensitively with us as mum's conditioned deteriorated. Our overriding feeling about Pendleton Court Care Home is one of kindness. The staff at all levels were kind, not because of a slogan on a wall or phrase on a website, but because they wanted to do their best for the family. We will never forget their kind support.

I would like to say how fantastic the care provided for my Mum in her stay at the care home was.
Every member of staff there treated her (and us) with love, respect, compassion and dignity, especially in her final days.
Knowing that Mum was safe and well cared for made her passing away a lot easier for us.

Thank you so much for everything.

The care at Pendleton Court Care Home was very good. I felt my husband was always in good hands. Most of the staff seemed to have a real connection with him. At the end, we were helped enormously, by the way kindness and understanding of the staff involved. I was allowed to stay and cuddle my husband hours after his death. This gave me so much peace. Thank you all.

Best home I have ever seen. Trust them to do it right.

Excellent atmosphere. Spotless, which we would expect. Carers interact with residents all the time, they encourage them to sing or dance if there is music, all endlessly patient with restless and confused people. They are kind with a capital K

I have recently been attending daycare at Pendleton Court Care Home and cannot speak highly enough of the high standard of care I received. I could not fault the home itself the staff or the food. I would not hesitate to recommend Pendleton Court Care Home to anybody who required respite or day care. They would receive a first class service in a first class nursing home.
