My brothers care since he has been admitted to Pendleton Court has been excellent. The staff are very good with understanding his needs. I can't praise the staff enough. The new manager is excellent and lots of positive improvements have been made.

My wife has been in the care home five months now and I have been delighted with the overall treatment she has received, from carers, nurses and management included, they keep the patients occupied a lot of the time with activities and entertainment etc. The cleanliness of the home is first class and
the facilities for visiting relatives and friends excellent. All in all this home should be proud of itself.

Welcoming, met the manager and admin staff. I didn't think I would be happy as there are poorly people here. Since I have met a friend and other residents and we had a coffee morning, which I thoroughly enjoyed. No negative at all. I also met a lovely lady who does the activities (she is made for the
job).

Introducing Anoj Kochera
Home Manager at Pendleton Court, Salford


What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?


“Kindness should come naturally as we all must have kindness in our hearts to work in health and social care. Kindness is also ensuring that everyone is treated as human beings, with dignity and respect.”


As a Registered Nurse, Anoj has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Having chosen to work in the care sector to bring a positive change in people’s lives, Anoj closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Anoj remarked:


“Managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home to ensure people who live and work there are happy, and that high-quality care is provided to all.”


Anoj has also achieved much outside of work, with his proudest achievement being helping to run a retirement home in India, providing them with financial support and advice.


Outside of work, Anoj enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and football.
