I like the way the home is run, it is clean and the staff are always on hand for any queries and they have a lot of patience with the residents. My husband has been at the Willows for two years, he looks on it as his home, it makes me happy to see him so content.

My mother has been a resident at the Willows Care since only 2024. I am very happy with the care and attention which she has been getting over the last 10 months or so. The staff are very attentive to her health angle requirements and are very quick to notify me if any change should occur to her.

My dad is a resident there. Staff and management team are lovely and very hard workers. My dad is very clean, his room is very clean to0, he's very happy there too, everyone goes above and beyond. Food is lovely too.

What a lovely run-up to the festive season. The Xmas decorations were an absolute delight. The entertainment for the residents, families, and friends was wonderful with lots of fun. The busy staff always make time for a friendly smile and chat. I feel confident my brother is well looked after and I

Excellent care home all treated like family, staff are wonderful, very caring, very helpful, such lovely people. Food fantastic, everything spot on. We as a family were worried about dad but he loves it there staff keep them occupied at all times, always something going on, couldn't ask for better place

My Mum is well cared for at The Willows Care Home. Her dementia and all her needs are cared for by all the lovely staff. The Manager, admin, carers, cook, cleaners, and activities staff are all amazing, very helpful and caring. If there's a problem, I'm informed of it straight away. The home is spotless.
They have regular Relatives meetings and we can discuss anything and can get to meet other families. The food is lovely. They have entertainment on regularly and make sure everyone is happy and content. They dress up and make sure we all have fun. They have a hairdresser who's there frequently too. No complaints. Family are happy with her care. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

My Dad has been a resident at The Willows Care Home for over 3 years and I can honestly say, as a family, we couldn't have asked for better. From the managers to the cleaners, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The home is always immaculate and the care they give to our Dad is outstanding. The staff
genuinely care for the residents and treat our Dad like he is their own. We have never had any concerns about the welfare of our Dad and going from being his main carers, to his children again, has been life-changing.

The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. From walking in the door they are very pleasant. Dad is bedridden, they look after him very well and have serviced his needs. The nursing staff explain everything to us and even phone us when necessary. The home is clean and Dad is kept clean and tidy.

Generally a very good experience. Our experience of facilities at the home is limited as we only get to see a small number of rooms during visits. Access to management is good and response times are prompt and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
