When I visit my mum in the home I am always welcomed warmly by staff. The home is spotless and residents well cared for and happy. There are lots of activities which keep the residents active, and they love it. The staff are wonderful, and I couldn't wish for a better place for my mum to be. She is happy, safe + well cared for by wonderful staff and nurses.

The bluebell care home is a beautiful thoughtful caring home, my mum has been a resident since January 2026 and it was the best decision me and my 2 sisters have ever made, the moment we walked in to meet the staff we knew this was the place where my mum will be safe and we can sleep at night knowing shes cared for day and night, The staff can not do enough to help us when we visit which is regular, all the staff are one big family, they always have activities for the residents and the family are more than welcome to join in, all our family joined in their celebration of onum and what a fantastic time we had, please do not hesitate to view the Bluebell if you are in the same position we was in , I can assure you will not regret one of the hardest decisions in your life for someone to look after your loved ones.

My Mum has been in Castle grange care home for about a year the staff are absolutely wonderful,they treat everyone with kindness,respect and dignity,clean home 5 star food reviews & the activities are so good getting everyone involved the staff really do go above & beyond

This facility has given my dad an amazing experience, from the staff , to the cook , to the management. I have never seen him so happy and more engaging. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved. Thankyou all so much for not only caring for dad , but caring for his family also

I was reluctant to place mum in a care home, as I'm sure most people are. But circumstances meant mum could no longer be cared for at home. Every single member of staff were so welcoming and reassuring from day one of mums placement. Almost immediately mum seemed to settle and actually improved. She has been in Cambridge Court for 9 months now, and seems happy and content. She has made some friends, and I have never seen mum do so many different activities. She regularly joins in the dancing when there is entertainment on. So, that's mum happy with the placement. As for me ... I am more relaxed and feel reassured that mum is being well looked after. Staff are quick to respond to queries and changes in mums condition, treatment etc and to update me about such things. I am now able to spend more quality time with my mum and enjoy doing things I didn't have time for when she was at home.

She is encouraged, by the staff, to do activities but she is unwilling, and lately, not able to take part. She is treated with care and compassion.

Although my friend has only resided in the Care Home for a short time he has already found the staff to be caring, friendly and helpful. The Care Home itself is clean and welcoming and has high standards. My friend is also enjoying the food. All in all, it is a safe, caring and positive environment and he is happy. A big thank you also to the staff for making his birthday a special day.

The service and facilities at The Willows are outstanding. As a family we are absolutely delighted with the kindness of all the staff caring for our mother. They keep us very well informed about everything that is going on, and do a very challenging job with great efficiency. They are very welcoming to visitors and we are always greeted with a smile; Mum could not be in a better place. Thank you for all you do.
