Thank you to Highgrove House for a fabulous celebration of mum's 100th birthday. The day was filled with so much joy, love and care, and I could not have wished for a better tribute. All of the Highgrove staff made a huge effort to make her day special, so a heart felt thank you to all of you. Mum had
such a wonderful time, and thoroughly enjoyed the moment.

Always room for improvements.
Hearing aids never seem to be fitted and believe would help with Mum's hearing.
Mum is cared for good and is always clean.
Staff are always friendly, smiling and helpful.

As a family we received excellent communication throughout Dad's time at the home, I was the nearest relative and was constantly kept updated. all the staff are very approachable and friendly, ensuring all works well as a team. Jenny especially- the administrator is a great asset to the business, she
can tell you exactly what each resident is doing and how they've been which is very comforting to know especially at such a difficult time.
Unfortunately Dad's time was limited with Bluebell court but they were very accommodating and showed great care, empathy and most of all a lot of patience.

Thank you

My Dad has been a resident in Blue bell court since December 2026 and during this time has been very well cared for.
The staff are always welcoming on arrival and take time out to speak to you when you visit and they also take the time to call you and update you on how your relative is doing.
My
Dads needs can be very challenging however I am reassured by the professional and considerate care that he is given, the staff are always there to help him every minute of the day and night.
We as a family were very upset when we could not provide the level of care my dad needed at home and were very nervous in the beginning and extremely upset.
Now we are very grateful that we can visit and enjoy the time with him at his best and know that when we go he is safe and being well looked after.
Thank you for everything you all do for my Dad.
Reply from Sindu Saju, Regional Manager at Bluebell Court Care HomeThank you so much, Helen, for your kind words. We truly appreciate your feedback and support. It means a lot to us to know that your dad and your family feel supported, and we will continue to do everything we can to provide him with the best care possible.
Kind regards,
Sindu

Very very happy to have discovered Bluebell Court after visiting many other dismal places.
We are both very happy with everything you do here
The staff are all friendly and helpful and look after my wife making sure she always looks her best putting on make up on and dressing her nicely.
The rooms
are a nice size and have just been fitted with new beds and decorated so it looks very nice and fresh
If Julie is feeling unwell there is always a nurse on hand to see to her or make sure the doctor becomes aware of any issues
So all in all we could not be more pleased with Bluebell Court and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff at Castle Grange are fantastic. Each one showed so much love and support towards my father who was in their care, and all my family members who visited him during his end of life treatment.
They regularly checked-in on him (he wasn't left alone like you hear about in other care homes) and
they constantly offered our family tea and biscuits to help us through a difficult time. They also provided advice and support whilst giving my father respect and dignity as he passed away. I'll never forget what they did for our family - it truly was outstanding. Thank you x

What can I say about this care home... Within the Heart break of what has happened to my mum, The shock upset and not having a clue how to deal with it who to contact on mums behalf, not knowing which way to turn and if I'm doing the best thing for mum.... Could go on and on. The Bluebell care home
staff from top to bottom in rank are amazing people and have given me piece of mind for the first time in around four years of dealing with my mums creeping nightmare illness..... Thank you xxx you're all amazing people like I said Angels on earth helping me scrap together my sanity to love and look after my mum... In this new reality... Cambridge Court is welcoming, inclusive and has a comforting homely feeling from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the friendly reception staff or the manager and deputy and all the lovely care team. My Mum has been made to feel welcome since moving from another home which was
preceded by a long hospital stay. Facilities are good, care is excellent from the Registered Nurses and care staff and there are plenty of activities on offer. Today the team organised a lovely Christmas party with a great singer, fabulous buffet and most importantly all of the team made residents and families so welcome and created a lovely atmosphere. Thank you Alena and team for all your hard work.

My grandma stayed at Oakbank Care Home for two weeks of respite care, and the experience was extremely positive for both her and our family. The staff were outstanding - kind, empathetic, and genuinely compassionate in the way they cared for her. She was treated with dignity and warmth at all times,
which gave us enormous reassurance.

The care home itself is exceptionally well run, with clear organisation and a calm, supportive atmosphere throughout. This experience was particularly meaningful for us as it followed a very poor experience with a previous provider, and the contrast could not have been greater.

We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for the care they provided and cannot recommend Oakbank highly enough.
