She's seems healthy and happy here compare to where she was originally. We sat separately in the cinema room so we could have some privacy.

The bluebell care home is a beautiful thoughtful caring home, my mum has been a resident since January 2026 and it was the best decision me and my 2 sisters have ever made, the moment we walked in to meet the staff we knew this was the place where my mum will be safe and we can sleep at night...
The bluebell care home is a beautiful thoughtful caring home, my mum has been a resident since January 2026 and it was the best decision me and my 2 sisters have ever made, the moment we walked in to meet the staff we knew this was the place where my mum will be safe and we can sleep at night knowing shes cared for day and night, The staff can not do enough to help us when we visit which is regular, all the staff are one big family, they always have activities for the residents and the family are more than welcome to join in, all our family joined in their celebration of onum and what a fantastic time we had, please do not hesitate to view the Bluebell if you are in the same position we was in , I can assure you will not regret one of the hardest decisions in your life for someone to look after your loved ones.

Myself and children are able to visit anytime. Where my husband was staying previously, he was not comfortable and that left me to worry. However, since he has been living here, his wellbeing has improved and he is really comfortable. All the staff and management are very kind, and help to look after him.

All of the staff were so lovely looking after mum, they took care of her with dignity and respect during her stay at Bluebell Court. She was struggling with advanced dementia but they looked after her really well. They were also very kind to my dad who visited every day and looked after him too...

As a family we received excellent communication throughout Dad's time at the home, I was the nearest relative and was constantly kept updated. all the staff are very approachable and friendly, ensuring all works well as a team. Jenny especially- the administrator is a great asset to the business,...
Unfortunately Dad's time was limited with Bluebell court but they were very accommodating and showed great care, empathy and most of all a lot of patience.

What can I say about this care home... Within the Heart break of what has happened to my mum, The shock upset and not having a clue how to deal with it who to contact on mums behalf, not knowing which way to turn and if I'm doing the best thing for mum.... I’m Sindu Saju, Regional Manager at Unity Homes, with a career dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care.
I joined Unity Homes in 2008 as a Registered Nurse, bringing a strong passion for supporting people to live with dignity, choice and independence. Over the years, I have progressed through a variety of roles, gaining valuable experience and developing a deep understanding of the needs of residents, families and care teams.
In 2016, I became Registered Manager of our specialist EMI dementia nursing home. During my time as Home Manager, I was proud to lead a dedicated and highly trained team focused on creating a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment where every resident feels valued, respected and truly at home.
I believe that outstanding care starts with a strong and supported team. I place great importance on staff development, teamwork and positive leadership, encouraging colleagues to continually develop their skills and deliver care that is tailored to each individual.
My commitment to quality and compassionate care was recognised when I was shortlisted for the Great British Care Awards for Best Care Home Manager. This recognition was a proud reflection of the dedication of the entire team and the positive difference we make to residents and their families.
I am now proud to serve as Regional Manager, supporting three homes across the Northwest. In this role, I work closely with managers and care teams to promote high standards, share best practice and ensure that compassionate, person-centred care remains at the heart of everything we do.
