I am really happy my husband is living at Bluebell Court. The staff are really attentive and look after him really well. Myself and my husband are Pakistani, they are able to meet our cultural and religious needs, which I am really happy about. My Husband is really happy here and we are happy for him. Myself and children are able to visit anytime. Where my husband was staying previously, he was not comfortable and that left me to worry. However, since he has been living here, his wellbeing has improved and he is really comfortable. All the staff and management are very kind, and help to look after him.
Kind regards,
Sindu
All of the staff were so lovely looking after mum, they took care of her with dignity and respect during her stay at Bluebell Court. She was struggling with advanced dementia but they looked after her really well. They were also very kind to my dad who visited every day and looked after him too when he was visiting. Thank you to all the team, we really appreciate all you did for mum.
Kind regards,
Sindu
My Dad has been a resident at Bluebell Court since March 2026 during this time he has received one to one care due to his diagnosis of FTD and his complex needs, he is very well cared for and the staff are amazing I go every day I am always greeted with a smile I am so greatful that my Dad is cared for so well as I felt so guilty that I could no longer manage his needs in his own home it's such a relief to know he is being so well looked after and he has a team that really do genuinely care about him and me, thank you x
We are honoured to be a part of caring for your Dad.
Kind regards,
Sindu
Hearing aids never seem to be fitted and believe would help with Mum's hearing.
Mum is cared for good and is always clean.
Staff are always friendly, smiling and helpful.
We also appreciate you highlighting the concern regarding hearing aids. We will raise this with the team to ensure hearing aids are checked, fitted, and supported as part of daily care, and we will continue to monitor this closely.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
Unfortunately Dad's time was limited with Bluebell court but they were very accommodating and showed great care, empathy and most of all a lot of patience.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Sindu
The staff are always welcoming on arrival and take time out to speak to you when you visit and they also take the time to call you and update you on how your relative is doing.
My Dads needs can be very challenging however I am reassured by the professional and considerate care that he is given, the staff are always there to help him every minute of the day and night.
We as a family were very upset when we could not provide the level of care my dad needed at home and were very nervous in the beginning and extremely upset.
Now we are very grateful that we can visit and enjoy the time with him at his best and know that when we go he is safe and being well looked after.
Thank you for everything you all do for my Dad.
Kind regards,
Sindu
We are both very happy with everything you do here
The staff are all friendly and helpful and look after my wife making sure she always looks her best putting on make up on and dressing her nicely.
The rooms are a nice size and have just been fitted with new beds and decorated so it looks very nice and fresh
If Julie is feeling unwell there is always a nurse on hand to see to her or make sure the doctor becomes aware of any issues
So all in all we could not be more pleased with Bluebell Court and would recommend it to anyone.
Thank you very much for your kind words. Your feedback means a great deal to our team, and we are pleased that we could make a difference. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
What can I say about this care home... Within the Heart break of what has happened to my mum, The shock upset and not having a clue how to deal with it who to contact on mums behalf, not knowing which way to turn and if I'm doing the best thing for mum.... Could go on and on. The Bluebell care home staff from top to bottom in rank are amazing people and have given me piece of mind for the first time in around four years of dealing with my mums creeping nightmare illness..... Thank you xxx you're all amazing people like I said Angels on earth helping me scrap together my sanity to love and look after my mum... In this new reality... Bluebell care home is amazing and all I can say is Thank you.......
Kind Regards,
Sindu

Sindu
From passing through reception and being greeted by the ever-pleasant Jenny to walking into the day room where the staff are always smiling and attentive,I have nothing but praise for every aspect of this home. Mum's quality of life is always their priority and she is treated with dignity and respect.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with Bluebell Court.

Well what can I say, bluebell court is a lovely care home from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a cheery hello and a chat from the office admin , once you are on the units everywhere is tidy and smells lovely, the staff go above and beyond with the residents and treat them like family.
Kind regards,
Sindu
She has always had excellent care. If anything is out of the ordinary the staff call me straight away even if at a weekend or evening. Safeguarding are raised as aa matter of process and even if they have resolved the issue that needed to be reported. Over time mum's communication has deteriorated but the only time she commented on Bluebell was to say in a positive term - "I live here" and she said it twice.
In July mum had a hip operation and was returned home within the week due to the home staff being known to her and being able to care for her as their normal routine. She has needed extra care since returning from hospital. The staff have been keen to not have her isolated in her room longer than necessary and have given her the extra care and attention she currently needs.
It would be against my wishes to have her moved elsewhere and it would be disorienting for her.
Activities is not scored as unable to join in.
Kind regards,
Sindu
always happy to explain any questions you have, any problems regarding care they are happy to help and inform the correct person for there level of care required. This is first care home mum has been living in.

Sindu
My father has been at Bluebell for four years now. During that time the staff have always shown the utmost care and respect for my father. Always very attentive, helpful, and I've always seen the residents treated with the greatest respect and patience. My father has been very settled here and the staff know how to manage his dementia and his needs.
Your continued support truly means a lot.
Kind regards,
Sindu

Wonderful and friendly carers who take excellent care of my Nan and nothing is ever too much trouble. My Nan is really comfortable at Bluebell and we always feel welcome to visit. The facilities are always clean and the activities they do for the residents are great.
I have always found the staff very approachable and friendly and caring. The patients are clean and well cared for. The food always looks appetising. The staff go out of their way to make sure that families are welcomed. They always give an update on the patients.
Kind regards,
Sindu

Meet the Team (1)

I’m Sindu Saju, the proud Registered Manager of our warm and welcoming EMI Nursing Home.
My journey with Unity Homes began in 2008 as a registered nurse, driven by a deep passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Over the years, I have grown with the organisation, progressing through a variety of roles and embracing every opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
Since 2016, I’ve had the honour of becoming a registered manager of our specialist EMI dementia nursing home, where I’ve developed and led a compassionate, highly trained team committed to making residents feel safe, valued, and at home. Together, we’ve fostered a culture rooted in excellence, where personalised care, kindness, and dignity are central to our approach. Our priority is to support each individual’s well-being and independence through respectful, tailored care that recognises their unique needs.
I believe that outstanding care comes from a strong, supported team. That’s why I invest deeply in staff development and lead by example to foster a positive, nurturing environment for both residents and colleagues.
My commitment to quality has been recognised nationally—I was honoured to be shortlisted for the Great British Care Awards as Best Care Home Manager, a reflection of the high standards and positive outcomes we consistently achieve. This recognition reflects our consistent delivery of excellence and the positive impact we have on residents and their families.
I am now proud to have been promoted to the role of Regional Manager, overseeing three homes in the Northwest. In this expanded role, I continue to support and guide teams in delivering compassionate, high-quality care across all our services.
Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in safe hands and supported by a team that truly cares. I warmly welcome you to visit our home and experience the difference for yourself, every single day.
