I like to live here.
As Mum's Alzheimers makes her a little temperamental at times, the staff know how to 'sweeten' and make her smile.
Thank you so much Bluebell Court, we are forever indebted to you.
My Mum is always immaculate and always a good atmosphere. Friendly, hardworking staff. Very thorough.
All his needs and services have been provided by the brilliant care staff.
He has been looked after very well.
Always clean and fresh when I visit to take him out for lunch.
All staff caring and respectful.
Activities for some is satisfactory. Value for money for most is excellent for my mum and I'm just glad she is being cared for and the staff are very good.
My brother is well looked after and kept clean and tidy. The staff are very good with all residents.
My brother came here in July 2018 and has settled in very well. The level of care seems to be very good and he is always clean and tidy and also he seems to be very happy here.
Excellent care is undertaken with dignity and respect. Always the right ratio of staff to residents nurses, always on hand to answer any queries or concerns re medical issues. Management always on hand to answer any operational concerns. Leave after visits feeling content that loved ones are in safe hands. Cheerful and happy environment.
My mother was sent to Bluebell Court Care Home in April 2016 as an emergency case and once assessed we decided to let her remain as a full-time resident because she settled in nicely and the staff were excellent with her. There have been many improvements and changes at the home since 2016 and more is planned for the near future. My mother is happy and content, is well fed, well presented, and cared for and has actually gained weight! Every effort is made to stimulate her mind and a newly appointed activities coordinator ensures this occurs with all the residents.
The service provided with the limited resources is good and feel the staff do the best they can.

Meet the Team (1)

I’m Sindu Saju, the proud Registered Manager of our warm and welcoming EMI Nursing Home.
My journey with Unity Homes began in 2008 as a registered nurse, driven by a deep passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Over the years, I have grown with the organisation, progressing through a variety of roles and embracing every opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
Since 2016, I’ve had the honour of becoming a registered manager of our specialist EMI dementia nursing home, where I’ve developed and led a compassionate, highly trained team committed to making residents feel safe, valued, and at home. Together, we’ve fostered a culture rooted in excellence, where personalised care, kindness, and dignity are central to our approach. Our priority is to support each individual’s well-being and independence through respectful, tailored care that recognises their unique needs.
I believe that outstanding care comes from a strong, supported team. That’s why I invest deeply in staff development and lead by example to foster a positive, nurturing environment for both residents and colleagues.
My commitment to quality has been recognised nationally—I was honoured to be shortlisted for the Great British Care Awards as Best Care Home Manager, a reflection of the high standards and positive outcomes we consistently achieve. This recognition reflects our consistent delivery of excellence and the positive impact we have on residents and their families.
I am now proud to have been promoted to the role of Regional Manager, overseeing three homes in the Northwest. In this expanded role, I continue to support and guide teams in delivering compassionate, high-quality care across all our services.
Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in safe hands and supported by a team that truly cares. I warmly welcome you to visit our home and experience the difference for yourself, every single day.
