My mother in law is very happy at Ashton View. She is well cared for by great staff who are caring and empathetic to the residents needs. The overall quality and cleanliness of the building is very good which makes Ashton View a good environment when visiting.

I travel down to visit my best friend and his father. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, even if I visit on my own! I follow the social media page and it is a joy seeing all the activities and trips out that the home provide. You can clearly see the residents are happy and well looked after.
My father recently passed from Alzheimer's, and the home community is so important!

Ashton View Care Home is the best. I would recommend Ashton View to anyone. The management and staff are fantastic looking after her care and needs and support me when I need it. I miss her not being at home with me but I am content knowing she is safe and being well looked after and cared for. I cannot

Overall the inside needs improvement and people would be put of by this, but for myself, I looked beyond this, the staff and standard of care is totally outstanding to each and every client. So warm, welcoming, friendly and very educated to each individuals needs, nothing is every to much trouble,a

I am very impressed by the care my partner's mum receives at Ashton View Care Home. The staff are excellent; they treat everyone with respect and dignity and every time I visit I am impressed with the loving care they give to residents. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Ashton View and this
can be seen when visiting by the way they are attentive and focused on the individual needs of every resident. The Gerard unit where my partner's mum resides is extremely well managed and run by loving, caring staff and I am confident that she is receiving the highest standard of care. To sum up I would describe the staff as professional and dedicated whilst at the same time compassionate, thoughtful and caring, providing an environment that is welcoming to residents and visitors alike. The staff are what makes Ashton View special. After experiencing a number of other care homes I would not hesitate to recommend Ashton View Care Home. Thank you to everyone

My brother in law has been in Ashton View for a few months. he has gained back his confidents back and social skills, I was unsure at him going into the home, but I didn't need to be worried the staff are amazing and approachable keeping me informed of his well being. always something going on within
the home plus trips out, the managers door is always open if any concerns, Definitely chosen the right home for him.

Overall impression of the care home is excellent. I am particularly impressed with the attentive care given to Dad by all the staff, managers, carers and assistants. I am also impressed their staff have encouraged Dad to participate in events which he seems to enjoy. Dad has always been a solitary person
but was showing signs of anxiety at home alone. He is now completely relaxed so I can only thank the staff for all they do.

I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The residents appear to be well looked after and settled. The care home has a very homely atmosphere and feel. The staff are attentive to the needs of the residents. I feel that my father-in-law is settled in the care home and seems content.

It was wonderful to see the resident well cared for and comfortable in his favourite chair. I had never visited before and appreciated the bay window (with his cards) and the fireplace and Christmas tree looking like a lovely lounge room. The staff were friendly and most attentive to the residents.

Even though it has only been a couple of weeks since my father-in-law joined the family at Ashton View Care Home we have seen him return to his social life that we haven't seen since Covid. He appears happy and involved with activities and seems happy with the fact that he is in a secure and safe environment
and that staff listen and act on any worries that he may have.

From the moment my dad entered the home he was treated with dignity, respect, understanding and more importantly to me with great care. I honestly cannot complain about any member of staff, they all treat each individual resident with great care and understanding. My dad has settled in very well and

Before my sister came into Ashton View I had no experience of care homes other than what people had told me.
I have nothing but praise for the staff and the care they have shown my sister since she has been here.
She is well looked after, well fed and has a better social life than I have.
If she
were at home she would be on her own with no regular visitors. I do not live locally so cannot visit as often as I would like but I know I don't need to worry as I know she is being very well cared for and looked after.
I attended a relatives meeting for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at all that is happening at Ashton View in the run-up to Christmas. I know my sister is in for a lovely time, the best since the loss of her husband two years ago.
Thank you to everyone for all you do for the residents and their families.
My sister was 80 recently and the staff really made a fuss of her and made sure she had a lovey day, thank you.

My Mum has been a resident now for over 2 years and she is very well looked after on Pilling by all the staff and in the home overall - it is a challenging job and the staff always make sure that they are treated with respect and have patience on a daily basis and in difficult situations. My sister
and I are very happy with the care our Mum receives, we can now spend quality time with her knowing she is safe and cared for as opposed to stressing and struggling to offer her 24-hour care ourselves - She loves all the entertainment and trips out (even if she doesn't always remember - at the time she seems very happy) so a huge thanks to the team for arranging these thank you to everyone at Ashton View for your care, support, dedication, and commitment.
