All the staff are very caring and helpful. My mother has settled very well and quickly. Feedback is really good and keeping us informed as to mother's health is really good too.

We are really happy.

The staff were very caring and helpful. Cheerfulness is very evident throughout the carers and nurses. Our brief contacts with other members of staff eg kitchen and cleaners have been very positive.

When my wife first went in I was very worried about how the staff would care for her. After a few days those fears soon went. The staff could not have been more caring, pleasant and very helpful. He has settled into the home now and is very well looked after. I could not ask for more from the staff. They have been fantastic from top to bottom.

In the last months of my mum's life, I found the staff/nurses/carers to be compassionate, caring, informative and helpful. The home is run very well and nothing was too much trouble for myself or my poorly mum.

She was treated with all the dignity and respect she deserved. I would recommend to anybody.

My wife has vascular dementia and it was necessary for her to move into a care home. I was taken through all Ashton View by a manager and was very impressed with the home and decided to put my wife on the waiting list. In January this year she became a resident in the care home as a dementia patient and thanks to the staff she settled down quickly. The staff are fully trained/qualified and provide the best possible care including personal hygiene, medication, food, drinks, personal attention and friendliness. There is a comfortable lounge with TV, dining area and the bedroom is made homely. Visitors are made welcome. The staff keep me informed of my wife's health and willingly discuss any problems I may have concerning my wife. I did not want my wife to go into a care home but I am completely satisfied she is receiving the best possible care.
