What a lovely friendly place Mahogany is, caring, friendly and very approachable staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, a brilliant team well run by the home manager, she has been a great support to me with my mum, she is a pure gem! Well done to you all!
Thank you for your wonderful review of Mahogany Care Home. We are so pleased that you are happy with the high standard of care we provide. It is wonderful to hear your kind words and I will be sure to relay these to the Team. Thank you.
My cousin is a resident in Mahogany Care Home. I live outside of the UK so do not get the chance to see her very often. I was able to visit her last week and found it a very positive experience. There is a lovely, caring atmosphere in the home and the staff were warm and friendly. My cousin’s general condition seemed to have improved since the last time I saw her. Given that all her relations live outside the UK, the staff at Mahogany are in fact her family. So it was reassuring to see their genuine affection and positivity towards her.
Thank you for taking the time to review Mahogany so highly. Every resident we have come into our home becomes part of our family and it is so heartwarming to know this has been recognised. We appreciate your warm words and are delighted you have been able to visit your cousin. Our team will be...
My wife has been resident in Mahogany for three months and throughout that time I have nothing but praise for the standard of care she has received. All the staff display empathy, kindness and understanding as well as affording their residents the respect and dignity they deserve. It also gives me peace of mind to know my dear wife is being well looked after, kept safe and secure and being given the very highest quality of care.
Thank you for taking the time to review Mahogany Care Home so highly. We appreciate your feedback. Have a lovely day.
My mum was only a resident at Mahogany Care Home for eight days before she passed away, but in that time I can honestly say that the dedication, care, compassion etc was outstanding. The home manager and her team didn't only care for my mum but us as a family as well. My mum had 1 to 1 care for the time she was there. They showed our mum dignity and respect at all times. All the staff from cleaners to the top management was first class. We as a family can't thank them enough for caring for our mum at this most difficult time.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Mahogany so highly. We are so glad we could provide the high level of care for your mum before her passing. We send our condolences to you and your family. I will be sure to pass on your lovely words to the team. Thank You.
Firstly can I say a big thank you to the manager, all her staff, from nurses, carers, cleaners, kitchen staff, and everyone involved in the care of my mum. She was transferred from the hospital to Mahogany Care Home, where the staff was amazing, compassionate, and so caring, my mum was there for only 7 nights where she needed 24-hour care 1 to 1, which myself and the manager fought to get this care for my mum, which was given. I would definitely recommend this care home, we as a family give gratitude to the care home for the understanding, care, compassion and also the love they showed my mum in the short time my mum was there. Unfortunately, my mum passed away in the care home after 7 days, the home showed dignity and love and cared for us all at the end. I would like to say as a daughter a big thank you to the manager and all her staff.
Thank you for taking the time to review Mahogany Care Home so highly. We value all feedback and are so glad that we can provide the high standard of care we aim for. I will be sure to share your kind words with the team. Thank you.
Since my mum arrived at Mahogany, we have met some wonderful, caring staff. She is treated with dignity and respect, and any feedback has been addressed promptly. The manager has an open-door policy, and it is reassuring to see her around the building giving feedback and engaging with everyone.

Thank you for your lovely review. It is wonderful to hear how well your aunt was cared for. I will share your kind comments with all the team.
My mum was admitted to Mahogany Care Home because she needed nurses to look after her. When we got the sad news from the doctor about Mum's health, we were apprehensive about care homes, our family has always looked after our parents at home. We have a large family. However, due to the nature of Mum's condition, this was not an option. On arrival to Mahogany, the staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for Mum or family. Throughout her stay, care staff always ensured she was presentable and clean because she was no longer able to do it for herself. During her last days of life, the nurses were exceptional. They kept us informed with every step. Even the aftercare from the manager was exceptional, he made us feel at ease because we have never dealt with funeral directors before. Could not do enough for us. Decor is lovely. The only negative is the lounge near the nurses office is dated. No smells. Good food. Well staffed. Good activities for Mum in her last days of life. Thank you Mahogany.

Can't thank the manager and the staff enough for the care, respect and dignity they all showed to our mum, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. After spending many months looking for the right home for my great auntie, we came across Mahogany Care Home. From the day we have enquired and shown interest, all the staff and manager have been nothing but helpful and friendly. Since my great aunt was in the home, I can honestly say I feel happy leaving her there. I have been at many different times of the day, and the staff are always so happy and welcoming, and they showed a real interest in trying to get to know my auntie. Home always clean and tidy.
