Whilst in the rehabilitation unit in Richmond House Dad has been well looked after and treated with dignity and respect. The staff have been helpful and have responded to questions about Dad's condition promptly and efficiently. Dad says he has no complaints at all.
I received good care from caring people.
I have found my stay at Richmond House Care Home fine, some of the staff are very very good. physio staff are OK. I have to go into another place from here and I shall be sorry to leave.
Excellent care and support throughout.
Everybody has been very kind and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here. The food was very good and staff very helpful. Very pleasant and caring.
Very noisy during visiting times. Children running up and down corridors. Patients calling for help and being ignored. Only two baths in two weeks. The staff were friendly, but sometimes when we needed to ask something there weren't any staff available that could answer our concerns. The décor was dated. Food was satisfactory. Medication suddenly taking a lot more, tablets throughout the day without knowing why and what they were for.
We thank you for your comments, Richmond House takes pride in offering high standards of care and we are sorry that this was your experience during your stay with us.
We always...
Richmond House was my dads home for the last year of his life. The home is well managed and families are encouraged to be involved in regular meetings and events. It's clean and my dad always enjoyed the meals and snacks. There are regular activities for residents. However the main reason we chose Richmond House was for the wonderful staff. From the moment it became his home he was treated with respect, dignity and humour. He received excellent care. During the last few weeks of his life he remained at Richmond House and staff ensured his wishes not to go to hospital were respected. He received tender, loving care from everyone and as a family we could not have made a better choice.
I have been looked after first class in every way that was possible.
Enjoyed my stay at Richmond, the staff are really pleasant and kind nothing is too much trouble.
Very happy with the service I received. Really happy. Food, too much at times. Visiting times are fine.
My stay here has been most pleasant and beneficial made by the smiling, willing staff. Every whim has been dealt quickly and happily. The medical staff have been informative when I asked and when dealing with outside bodies and have fought my corner, and have helped my wife and family also. Well done Richmond House.
Staff have been helpful and very good to me. Sometimes I feel a little over fed. My room is clean and pleasant and adequate for what I need. I do need alternative accommodation and have my name down to stay permanent. Lets hope!
Enjoyed my time here, the staff have been helpful and pleasant. My room is clean, tidy and warm. Meals are good especially soup. Thank you to all.
I have enjoyed every minute of my stay at Richmond House, staff have been very good, lovely room. Physiotherapy has been good, no complaints. I would be happy to return if required.
