A fabulous team of staff looking after my grandad who recently joined them at the home. Not only are they treating my grandad like royalty, they phone my nan regularly to let her speak to him whilst she is in isolation.
Absolutely nothing is too much for them. Whilst it's been difficult for my grandparents
to be separated after so many years together, they have made the transition so much easier, even ringing my nan to see if she needs shopping; absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much to you all.

My mum has recently moved into the care home and to say that I’m blown away is an understatement. The staff and the new manager can not do enough for me and my family, especially during such a difficult time. I’ve been able to video call, my mum, and speak to her with the help of the staff; so thank

The care home is kept very clean, good choice of food. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. There are not enough opportunities for residents to go out which is disappointing. There have been more activities for residents in the last 3 months but prior to this, there was nothing at all. The
bedrooms are far too small.

As a nursing home where residents need constant care, I consider there is a shortage of staff (borne out, for instance, when visitors await entry and witness the work staff undertake). It is essential the Quiet Lounge is available for residents to meet families/friends for personal discussions/birthday
celebrations etc. There should be a completely separate room for staff meetings, doctor's visits, people of authority visiting or other use; otherwise, the Quiet Lounge is incorrectly named.
