Donald is living with terminal cancer and bipolar disorder, and the staff have treated him with such kindness, dignity and understanding. They see the person behind the illnesses and go above and beyond to make sure he feels valued, supported and cared for.
The team don't just provide care - they create moments of happiness and connection. They organise singers, activities and special get-togethers with friends and family, helping Donald make precious memories and feel surrounded by love.
The staff are always willing to listen, offer advice and guide us through situations involving Donald. Their patience, knowledge and reassurance have been a huge support .
Every member of staff we have met has shown genuine warmth and dedication. It is clear that caring for residents is more than just a job to them - it comes from the heart.
Thank you to you all.
Thank you for taking the time to share such heartfelt feedback.
It is a privilege to care for Donald, and we are deeply touched to hear that the kindness, dignity and understanding shown by the team have brought reassurance to you and your family.
At Glenaire Manor, we believe that truly...
I have found my brother's care home to be excellent for his care and support, for the treatment of his dignity, staff and management for support his cleanliness and help with drink and food. They have excellent safety and security and provide activities for him, overall I am happy for my brother to be a resident at this care home.
My brother is very happy in Glenarie Manor Nursing Home and regards it as home. The staff cater to his needs and whenever I have been there have been very courteous and hospitable. The current manager is very approachable as are all the staff, she is trying to get more 'get-togethers' sorted. We were there in Summer for a buffet and last Saturday when she arranged a Christmas event. It gives everyone the opportunity to speak to the staff and management. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.
My brother has been a resident at Glenarie Manor Nursing Home for many years. He loves it there and sees it as his home and the staff and other residents as his family. They treat him so well and also us when we visit or attend one of the family days they put on there. The staff keep me informed on his care at all times and are so supportive and kind. Even when he can be a little awkward at times. I love going to Glenarie as it is so welcoming, warm and friendly and a real home from home. It's outstanding!
My brother has been in the care home for many years. I have found the staff to be very helpful and let me know of any concerns with my brother. It is a very clean and decorated place with clean and decorated bathrooms and toilets. They have good activities. The manager has a lovely caring nature and keeps me informed. I would recommend this care home.
Dear Joseph, on behalf of everyone at Glenarie Manor, I would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We are delighted to hear that your experience with us has been so fulfilling and that our team has made a meaningful difference. Your kind words truly...
My sister is very settled here, the staff recognises straight away her problems, the only people to do this in the last 13 years. The staff are all wonderful, great communication and understanding of her needs. I would highly recommend Glenarie Manor. The manager is very approachable and easy to contact. Any matters or queries I might have had were dealt with in a professional but caring way.
