Thank you for your review. I will ensure that all the team at Cressington Care Home are informed. They all work so hard and care so much, they will be over the moon.
In line with the guidance set by Liverpool City Council on 28/01, the care home operates a visiting planner which allows families to make pre-arranged appointments for visiting. Unfortunately, as per the guidance from LCC, we don't accept adhoc visits (unless the resident is EOL). Visits are given on a first come, first served basis. All visits are in the resident's bedrooms (unless they plan and visit to take them out).
The first visit of the day is at 10.30am and the last visit is 17.45pm and last 1.5 hours. The visits can be booked weeks in advance. We also hold a planner for families to arrange for outings separately. We try to plan visits around the residents: for example, we don't book visits during meal times or when we know they have appointments, etc. unless they specifically need this.
Families are able to book visits via either the telephone or email - cressington@lotuscare.uk
If the phone lines are busy please email us, we will always respond and ensure a booking slot is arranged.
Thank you for your kind words. At Cressington Court we strive to provide a high standard of care.
