My mother moved to Mersey Parks at the start of lockdown in March and has remained there. She was in her own home with daily carers prior to this, but then after a fall and a stay in hospital and not being able to cope at home, the social worker found her a place here. We are all very pleased with the care and attention she is getting, and the staff are all very friendly. A special mention must go to a member of staff who goes above and beyond what she needs to do and sends us little videos each week of how my mother is doing and sets up WhatsApp meetings so we can talk to her. I know she is happy and being well cared for here.

The staff are caring, friendly and considerate, always willing to help. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and my father appears to be very content. He is based in The Prince's unit of the care home facility. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone.

My close friend was a resident at Mersey Parks Care Home from June - September 2020. He was a cancer sufferer and passed away at the home this weekend. From the moment he arrived at Mersey Parks the staff could not have been nicer or more friendly towards him, and to myself, and to anyone visiting him. It was a great comfort to me and his family to know that his final months were extremely peaceful and he was in the bosom of a group of wonderful carers who practically became like family to him. I'll be forever grateful for the care and kindness they showed to my friend.

Care is consistent and provided as required. The staff are friendly, conscientious and do their best to care for and assist residents. There is an issue with clothing going missing after cleaning in the laundry but I do believe the staff are doing their best. Cleanliness is satisfactory but could be improved. Thank you for the opportunity to feedback.

Nurses and staff are very good with my mum. They do everything they can to make her comfortable. I have said this quite a few times about the activities, they are very, very poor.

Quite satisfied with the care but do have a concern over belongings going missing on a regular basis. The refurbishing is very nice and is kept clean.

My brother has been in this care home for 9 months. At the time of him going in, I was very fussy with what I saw but it has improved since the refurbishment. It's much better for the residents, care staff, also relations.

I go in daily so I see what's going on. Also, the loss of residents clothing needs looking at i.e. teeth, glasses, slippers etc.

The staff have shown my dad compassion, care and respect, they will do anything to help. As a family, we are extremely happy with how my dad is looked after as we were anxious as Dad had never been in a care home before but any concerns, staff have helped and we feel confident in how Dad is looked after, so thank you.
