Alexandra Care Home should be so proud of its staff. Management, nurses, care workers, cleaning staff and everyone else involved have treated my mother with love, care, respect and dignity in the three years she has been there. Myself and my sister cannot thank everyone enough for the manner in which they cared for our mother. Sadly our mother recently passed away at the age of 90 but we are so pleased we chose Alexandra for her final years. Sincere thanks to all.

My mum was very poorly when she was discharged to Newton, she has received excellent round the clock nursing care from the dedicated staff at Newton. Thye is always friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. There are no restrictions on visiting and a family atmosphere prevails. Choice and quality of food are good. Everything centres on the health and well-being of the residents. My mum has made excellent progress and considering her advancing years is better than I could have hoped for. Thanks to all the staff.

They take good care of my nan and look after my nan to the best of their ability. Foods not up to scratch could do with a better menu. Lots of things for her to do and sometime places to go.

I love the staff and I know my nan is taken care of, even though she moans the only thing that she's not keen on is the food, other than that it's a very good home with activities like Bingo and other things.

Not much to say really, it's all praise. The staff, which includes the carers, cleaners, tea ladies, organising all kinds of things for everyone concerned. They've all been fantastic. Everyone has been brilliant, they should be very proud of themselves. They are sincere and professional. God bless them all.

Mother has now been at Alexandra Care Home for approximately a year. She has improved immensely - her physical well being couldn't be better given her age and her engagement with staff and other residents complete. This is due to the high level of care shown by the staff who wouldn't treat her any better if they were her own family. Our thanks go out to the whole staff.
