The kindness, compassion and care given to my brother during his last few months was second to none. Thank you for making him comfortable and treating him with dignity and respect. In addition all the team at Eccleston Court extended those same attributes to all of his family during a very difficult time. Thank you once again.

From the moment we entered the building we were treated tremendously well. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures were put up in minutes, laundry, questions sorted, medical requirements discussed promptly and food choices superb. They wanted to know all about mum so they could help with all her needs. Absolutely first class in every detail!

My mum is very well looked after in Eccleston Court. She is happy and feels safe. She enjoys the food. The staff are always friendly, cheerful and caring even though they are very busy. Managers know what is happening with staff and residents and liaise well with relatives. There is generally a pleasant atmosphere in the home.

I was very nervous about our Queen becoming a resident at Ecclestone Court Care Home. However, the staff helped her to settle in quickly and she soon made friends with the other residents. It was so nice to see her happy and content. All the staff are just amazing they really do care about the residents. I love that they have daily activities which make life fun. The staff get to know the residents. The food is first class. It's more like a health spa with nursing care thrown in. These people are totally dedicated, they meet every aspect of your loved ones' needs from health to emotional. Hand on heart it's the best place an elderly person or dementia person could be. I had a loved one already a resident and I was that impressed I recommend this little bit of heaven to another family member. So I had two family members as residents. I can not put into words just how good these people are at their jobs, every single member of staff is approachable friendly and always ready to help. First class.

I was amazed at the care and respect they give their residents. Always willing to help, the care home is clean and secure giving you peace of mind. The activities they have on are a motivation for the residents and great fun. The meals they served look very well cooked and well prepared. Overall it's a fantastic care home

Our dad has been in Eccleston Court since 2014, at that time and for a good many years it excelled in giving him the best company and care he needed at that time. More notably since 2018, things have gone from bad to worse and in 2020 and 2021 we have had to raise concerns. The home is very poor standard at this stage.

I am delighted with the quality of care provided on a consistent basis for my dad. From the friendly communication we received when contacting the home, through to close attention to medical care to treat complex needs, to the daily level of love and genuinely meeting dad's everyday care needs, the home meets highly professional standards. Friendly, homely, and a truly lovely place for my dad at this special time of his life. Thank you so much.

Warm, kind, welcoming, professional staff, the home is clean comfortable, and nicely decorated. All the staff are friendly and helpful they make my father feel comfortable and soothed and attentive to his care and medical needs. I feel reassured as my father is in excellent hands.

My Mum has been a resident of Eccleston Court since May 2019. We realised that the home's CQC score wasn't great, but things were worse than we thought. I provided feedback to the CQC of our first six months of experience and made suggestions for improvements. The charity (which runs the home) brought in a turnaround manager, who took great strides in making improvements. There were regular meetings to update relatives and much more responsiveness to concerns I had with Mum's care. Shortly after COVID hit us, the manager left and an interim manager was appointed. There was a slight dip in responsiveness and attention to care plans, but that was soon remedied with the appointment of a permanent manager in January of 2021. Already, I have had numerous discussions with him and am very pleased with the responsiveness I've received. There are some very caring staff at this home and I believe it can truly be an Outstanding care home.

The unit manager is excellent. All the staff is caring and I can't complain. Very pleased with the care.

The difference in my mum since coming here from a previous home is fantastic. She is always clean, her hair is washed, she is receiving her medication correctly which means she is more settled. She now has vital assistance in eating and drinking. I can't change her deteriorating dementia, but choosing to bring her to the Haydock Suite is the best decision I have ever made. She is receiving the care she deserves and I can now sleep at night. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, treating residents with dignity and kindness. The activities lady is a gem! I'm always kept up to date about Mum from the suite manager. The atmosphere in the home is one of calm and homely, which is good for my mum, and it is clean and doesn't smell.

My brother is really happy here. The staff are very friendly and always encourage him to join in with activities and self-help. He is always provided with an alternative meal if he doesn't like the menu on the day. The home is lovely and clean and the washing of clothes is good - nothing has been lost or ruined.
