Once council funding was confirmed the 'moving in' was straightforward forward and mum received a warm welcome. All the staff encountered so far have been very friendly and helpful. The communal areas are warm and cosy and the food has been highly commended by mum. Mum is happily settled here. Happy

Mum came to stay at The Brunswick after a hospital stay. From the moment she arrived it was clear how caring the team are. They got to know Mum very quickly and were calm, friendly and reassuring about the care she would get.
They are knowledgeable and attentive about each resident and always have
time to stop and let you know how things are.
Our family are very much at ease knowing that Mum is being cared for excellently 24 hours a day. She has settled very well.

From the first day I came to view, the staff have been helpful and professional. There is always someone to hand to assist people. The facilities are outstanding, there is plenty of communal space and the decor is tasteful and looks expensive. Attention to detail on food is impressive e.g. crusts cut
off sandwiches and colourful salad to the side. The location is perfect for shops and church. Very thankful to have found The Brunswick.

Excellent care for my nan. Staff are attentive and good. Well looked after. Room is always clean and tidy and washing gets done regularly. My nan seems happy with the location and the fact she can have a walk down the street or able to sit in the garden when the weather permits.

Mum moved in after a stay in hospital. She has settled in very well, everyone is lovely to her, the home is immaculate and she loves her room.
The food is always nice and there is always a choice, it's been great a move for her and we have peace of mind knowing she has 24-hour care.

Have found my mother's health and well-being have improved greatly over the past two months since she moved into The Brunswick. The staff are all pleasant, caring and conscientious. The residents all seem cheerful and well looked after.

My mother-in-law has improved such a lot since coming to The Brunswick. She is looked after by the lovely staff who are all very friendly and caring. They have encouraged in all ways and particularly with eating. Feel much better now knowing she is safe and settled.

My mother has been a resident at The Brunswick since June 2022. I could not be happier with the way she is cared for. The care, understanding and love that the residents are shown by the staff at the home is outstanding. The manager and staff treat residents like family. I know my mother is safe with
the manager and her team looking after her.

Having lost my dad to dementia and visiting him before he died at another care home. I knew the criteria I was looking for when it came to my mum moving in. I can genuinely say I am delighted with everything about The Brunswick. Every member of staff, from housekeeping, chefs and carers, are all amazing,
so understanding and patient with everyone despite being rushed off their feet!
