Greengables was fantastic. My nan has such a pleasant time during her 1-week stay.
All of the staff were tremendous - everyone from management to housekeeping couldn't have done enough for her. I would definitely recommend Greengables.

Greengables staff provide excellent care for my grandfather. The care he truly deserves in his condition.
The welcoming arms and friendly staff make his and our lives much easier. Not only do they care for him, they are also his friend.
My grandma is also very accepted and welcome to stay as long
or as little as she desires. For that, I thank you.

My dad has been at Greengables Care Home for approximately 18 months. He is treated with dignity and respect and staff are all there on hand to provide him with his care needs 24 hours a day. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always try to provide my dad with a friendly, caring and nursing
needs when required.
We feel comfortable knowing that he received the best care.

Greengables is an excellent nursing home.The house is lovely and immaculately decorated. It is spotlessly clean and my wife's bedroom is small but adequate with an en-suite toilet and washing facilities. The staff are dedicated hard working, kind and considerate. It is a small home with very homely
feel about it. The residents and staff get on very well and the staff make a point of taking time to chat with the residents. My wife has spent time in two care homes and Greengables Care Home is in my view the best by far.

The care my mothers receives at Greengables is excellent. The staff are both kind and professional. They have time to discuss her likes and dislikes and do everything they can to make sure her care is personalized and individual.
Furthermore, they care for my father and the rest of the family when
we visit, making us feel part of a greater family.
The facilities are homely which is what I specifically like about Greengables but the standards of hygiene and privacy are uncompromising.

The care provided to my mother in her final few weeks was excellent. She was treated kindly, with respect, and attention to detail of every aspect of her needs. We deeply appreciated the help and support provided to her.

I feel that the staff and care have helped me get better quicker than I would have elsewhere.
Sometimes there is a delay waiting for staff attention because they are busy.
It would have been helpful to have had more help understanding the 'rules' and what we can and can't do when we first came in
rather than find out as we went along.
You don't know the questions to ask when you are new in this environment.

In the short time, my father was at Green Gables (approx 4 weeks), the staff were brilliant. I found the home a friendly place, although my father was very poorly he was treated with dignity. He was looked after as if he was at his home, the staff were very friendly and polite, and he got perfect care.
