She is responsible for maintaining a set budget, future planning for the village and supporting all our residents and their families. Julia is the residential lead at Richmond Villages Willaston.
I started my journey with the company at Richmond Villages Nantwich in March 2017 as a Village Advisor. I then transferred to Richmond Willaston in December 2021 when it opened its doors to support all those living with Dementia in the Cheshire and wider area. I love meeting all of the families and residents who choose to make Richmond Villages Willaston their home, hopefully making the transition of moving into a care home that little bit easier.
Outside of work, I have my husband and two wonderful children, whom I love spending time with, plus seeing friends and the occasional holiday in the sunshine.
I have been at Willaston for 2 ½ years I enjoy spending time with the residents listening to their stories and finding out about them and what they have done in the past and what they would like to do now or in the future and hopefully we can make this happen.
In my free time I enjoy girl guiding I am a Rainbow leader (4-7 year olds), I love being with the girls as they experience and learn new things one of those being visiting Richmond Willaston.
