The home is very clean and welcoming.
Staff go up and beyond, treat everyone with respect. Friendly atmosphere, for their residents and their families and by keeping their families up to date with all activities and events getting them all involved.
During the COVID-19 outbreak, the home has been on lockdown, sheltering all the residents and staff as much as possible.
I must say I am pleased to say my father has been kept safe and well.

The staff are excellent and should be rewarded and congratulated on such an achievement of making it a safe home for all.

Vale Court is a fantastic care home. My Nan is always comfortable, happy and feeling at home. The staff are absolutely incredible in the way they handle the challenges they face and the way they truly care for the residents. During this extremely tough and unpredictable time, they have gone above and beyond to make sure we still get to see my Nan via video calls as often as they can while keeping us informed on her wellbeing. Cannot praise them enough.

Mum has only just arrived in the Dementia unit. It was very stressful for mum and the rest of the family but the staff helped us all feel wanted and helped mum immensely they calmed her down and chatted freely about old times, they joined in her conversations and encouraged her to go to prayers which she loved. Day two and she is settling in nicely and having lots of laughs with all the staff.

Good clean home. Excellent, caring, friendly staff. Try hard to keep all residents happy, with films, music, entertainers. All rooms have en-suite facilities which allows residents to retain their dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for staff.

This care home ticks all the boxes for attentive care and respect for residents. All carers seem happy in their roles. Each time I visit carers are about looking after residents and helping them in their needs. I know it is very hard to get good carers but this home has achieved this. Lovely to see.

They made the environment safe, clean, warm and friendly, ensuring that all people were treated with kindness and respect. The happy, kind-hearted attitude of each member of staff was a joy to see and certainly uplifted my mother's spirits. Thank you once again. Keep up the good work - you're all amazing!

My dad has got Alzhiemers and we've had to make the difficult decision to put him in a home (we have had experience with care homes and dementia as my mum being put in a home). We looked at care homes in our area and as soon as we walked into Vale Court we got such a homely feeling. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful.

Dad has been in for 4 weeks now and he has settled in lovely, extremely happy all round. Excellent.

This care home looked after mum right up to her passing, they could not have been better. Such a pity you could only give five stars, I could multiply that a thousand times over. Big thanx to all the staff that work so hard. Below I ticked every box as excellent they should have included a + (plus)

My mother came to Vale Court under very difficult circumstances. She lived with my father who is disabled and was her sole carer. It broke my dad's heart to admit that he couldn't cope anymore. We looked at a few nursing homes and decided on Vale Court. The best decision. Mum is content and happy, treated with dignity and respect and best of all the staff treat my dad so well and he can come and go when he wants. They even feed him.

My husband has been in Vale Court since August 2017. I am very happy with the care here receives and the meals he is given.

Family members and visitors are made to feel welcome at any time of the day. Residents are encouraged to participate in the activities on offer and trips out. The staff are all patient and caring so my husband is in safe hands.

Vale Court is an excellent care home for my mum. The staff are hard working, respectful, caring and a credit to their profession. The facilities and overall care my mum receives is first class and even though she suffers from dementia and her communication is limited I can tell that her needs are being met fully and she is very settled and content in her surroundings.

As part of my role as a community nurse, I have visited many care homes and worked in several care homes. I consider Vale Court to be a very good care home. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Managers, clinical and non-clinical as well as taking good care of my mum, they are also very kind towards my dad.

Staff are very responsive to the physical, social and emotional needs of my mum.

Hi, my name is Gary, and I am the Regional Maintenance Manager at Careconcepts LTD. The chance to have contact with the residents and the interaction is so great. When working at Careconcepts, no day is the same.

It is also good to have residents ask me to deal with an issue within their room and have a little chat with them at the same time. I am enjoying working as part of such a diverse team and ensuring the presentation and safety of the home is paramount in my day-to-day responsibilities.
