Tall oaks is a excellent home with fantastic facilities and caring staff. My father was cared for until his passing and even with his problems he was looked after with dignity and love. The home itself is well maintained with recent structural improvements set in well looked after gardens. the staff work tirelessly but at times were stretched especially around break times which left those left on duty struggling to cope but overall this is a lovely place and would recommend it to anyone

I have no bad words to say about this lovely care home where my mother is resident. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

My son had learning difficulties and developed dementia. He was a resident at Tall Oaks for less than a year. He was very well cared for, the staff were extremely kind & professional.

I decided to write a review as it is a difficult decision finding the right care home and hope this review helps.

My mum came to Goldendale House in September 2021. From the minute she entered the home I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the care she has received. All the staff are patient and kind. They treat all the residents with respect. The home is clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh and they are happy to go out of their way to accommodate a residents cravings for whatever food they wish for. I feel comfortable when visiting and in fact have impressed me with the level of care that when my father needed care 2 years ago I was fortunate enough to get a place there for him. They are both flourishing there at the present time and I feel content that they are both receiving excellent care. I cannot praise the staff enough for their devotion . Thank you Goldendale.

All staff are nice and cheerful, unlike our experience in another care home in Wallington!

My husband came to Vale Court for end of life care after a traumatic 14 weeks in hospital. The moment I stepped into Vale Court both Rob & I felt relief. The atmosphere & care for both of us was second to none. Rob was treated with great care & dignity, even after death. I feel that I was treated as a person, not an afterthought. You made Robs last days comfortable, peaceful, safe & caring. Everyone was kind & caring. Thank you so much.

Nan seems really happy and contant at the home. The staff are lovely and very caring and friendly. Nan seems to be thriving here. The food always looks and smells lovely, nan really enjoy it. The home is clean and modern. Overall, nan and the family are really happy.

We are so very grateful for the Tall Oaks team.

What an amazing home, staff are always laughing and smiling, they treat dad with such love, respect and dignity, he is washed, shaved + dressed by the lovely caring staff who are so patient. The nurses keep me updated and are wonderful, everyone is so helpful and nothing is a problem. The rooms are lovely with ensuite and always clean and smell nice. The food looked amazing and plenty of snacks during the day. The new garden is so lovely just needs some coverings on for hot days ie umbrellas, parasouls. My only problem is on a Sunday standing in the lobby pressing the bell and no-one around to open the door.

Excellent service from staff. Mum very happy.

My Husband has been a resident at Goldendale for 7 months. The staff are amazing they treat the residents with dignity and with lots of good care. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the food is very good.

My mum has advanced dementia and turned 92 this week. She has been at Marion Lauder for around 7 years as her condition has gradually deteriorated. The care for her has been excellent. The staff are very caring and respectful in what are challenging circumstances. There has been huge improvements over the last couple of years and the whole place is very smart, clean and has a modern look now. Would certainly recommend Marion Lauder on all levels.

We wanted to move my stepfather from the care home he was previously in and from the moment I visited Vale Court I was impressed most of all by the kindness of the staff and the quality of care offered. The communal rooms are light and airy and my stepfather had a lovely room overlooking the garden. He was always treated with compassion and respect and every single time I visited, I too I was always given a warm welcome. It's a very difficult decision to find a home that you feel confident that your loved one will be cared for in the manner you would want and I never had any doubts about the quality of care given. I cannot thank every member of staff enough for everything they have done for my stepfather.

Keep up good work looking after my EC mum know she can be very handful. Thank you all hard work you do just small point think bedroom needs more touch of colour updates

Rooms are always clean and tidy . There has been a change of managers just lately but this has not impacted on the residents.
