Both myself and mother feel that she feels cared for and safe here. The home is modern with good facilities. The staff are very caring and welcoming to the family at all times.

We as a family are happy with how dad is being looked after. However, I think there should be a member of staff left at all times in the lounge area, so that should any resident need the loo, there is someone to take them.

I cannot praise the staff enough for the care they provided my father. Although he could be difficult they treated him with the utmost care and respect and his final moments were treated with great dignity. The management and staff are a credit to Bupa.

Currently, long standing staff are covering for low care staff levels. Medical and nursing care is good, good choice of food and drinks, clean rooms, daily laundry. Good activity options for more mobile but less so for bed/room-bound residents.

My nanna has settled in very quickly to life at Dove Court. She has made some nice acquaintances and has a lovely room looking out onto the garden. She is always well turned out with clean clothes and hair and nails done.

She seems to enjoy all the company and attention from all staff.
