Thank you for your review and kind words about our staff. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. Our menus are devised by HC-One nutritional experts to ensure they are varied; we would be happy to go through these with you. The people we care for choose daily what they want to eat, and chips are on offer as part of our alternative menu for those who do not want the two main choices on offer as well as sandwiches, salads, omelettes, baked potatoes and various pies. We apologise you feel the heating is too high; this is thermostatically controlled and depends on the ambient temperature of the home. Our maintenance team does regular checks on our heating and boiler, which are also serviced regularly by our contractors. We will request our maintenance team check the radiator in your mother's bedroom to ensure the valve is operating correctly.
