The Home Manager brings a wealth of experience in dementia care, and the home is continuously looking for ways to bring the latest research into everything they do. The best thing for my brother-in-law was when he went into Preston Glades Care Home, he hasn't looked back. He is very well looked after and well fed. He is so clean and tidy which he wasn't when he went in and very happy to be there. It also gives us a peace of mind.

Louise is a highly experienced Manager with over 16 years of experience. She has twice been involved in achieving outstanding in her previous homes. Louise brings a deep understanding of the sector, as well as valuable contacts at Lancashire County Council.


She is already a valued member of our Senior Leadership team and has worked in different roles for Each Other Care for the last five years, including most recently as our Quality and Compliance Manager.


Louise is aligned with our values, purpose and vision and knows us, and the company inside out. Louise is integral to delivering excellence at Preston Glades.
