Thank you for taking the time to review The Old Vicarage. You have highlighted an issue concerning laundry and I would urge you to go and speak to the staff who will be more than happy to help you. Occasionally there is the issue that clothing items which are very similar are not returned to their rightful owners, but we do all we can to ensure that this does not happen. We ask that all clothing is labelled. The laundry rooms are organised in such a way to ensure that everyone has laundered items returned to them in room numbered baskets but despite the best will in the world, and a laundry team which is very used to running the service very smoothly, very occasionally, something may have been returned in error to the wrong person. We apologise if this has happened and we will do all we can to help identify any missing item, so please speak to the team who care for your loved one and they will be more than happy to help. Thank you again for reviewing the home and we hope that you will do so again in the future and comment again on the service. Kind Regards.
