I have found the staff very approachable and they are caring

I have noticed some fabulous improvements not only to the surroundings which by the way looks great, but to how the place is run. This has had a positive effect on both staff and residents. I have noticed some fabulous improvements not only to the surroundings which by the way looks great, but to how the place is run. This has had a positive effect on both staff and residents. There is a much more relaxed atmosphere staff are no longer running around like headless chickens. Everyone seems to know what they have to do and for whom and staff have more time for the residents, I like what I see.
I would just like to add, I particularly like that the owners are not hidden in the background they are not only available to management but to all staff, families and residents

Great place very helpful with dad's needs. Knows what he needs when he can't explain himself. Staff all friendly, one nurse not very helpful when dads in pain but rest of staff soon helped and got to the bottom of it.

We unfortunately had to place our dad through the injury he sustained.we were very worried how he would adjust to the environment. Soon as we came we were put at ease instantly by the level of care and compassion. He's been there 10 weeks all settled and happy with his next chapter..really glad...

Manor view is a lovely home the staff do their best to meet everyone's needs. They are friendly and kind to all residents and families. We visit most days so I believe my review reflects the home as it actually is. Of course they are not perfect and sometimes residents might have to wait a little but that's to be expected. What is important to me is that my family member is happy and cared for with dignity and this home meets that requirement for all it's residents. I can't praise them enough.

The care home is dated, but saying that, it is very clean and well decorated. The staff are very good at what they do, but they don't always have the time to spend enough time with their clients. Whether this is because they are short-staffed, I do not know. Sometimes there can be delays when my mum requests the toilet. Food is of a satisfactory standard. All the staff are pleasant and helpful, but not always easy to understand because of the language.

Overall Experience
My dad was a resident there until he passed away. The staff were amazing. They always treated my dad with the utmost respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As my dad's illness progressed, so did the level of care. I don’t know what I would have done without the staff. Thank you.

The care provided by this care home is extremely good and all of the staff at this home provide top-quality care to my mother for the last seven years while she has been at this home.
