Overall Experience

Its pretty good here. People here to help me if I need help. I get plenty to eat and drink when I want it. I go out on plenty of trips. I went to Scarborough last year and watched the marching band parade which I really enjoyed a lot. I have plenty of friends here this place satisfies me a lot and I am happy here. There is plenty to do if I want to do something.

This is a good quiet friendly home to live. The staff are excellent and have patience with you. There is always something to do or trips to go on to different places.

Overall Experience

When my aunty could no longer live at her home, she was found a room at Church View. When she arrived she was welcomed with open arms, she was made comfortable. The staff were very sympathetic as she was very reluctant to leave her home where she lived alone for many years and was very independent. She was left to settle in at her own pace and was not pushed to do anything she didn't want to "excellent".

Overall Experience
My mum is totally comfortable in Church View. She relates well to the staff and they relate well to her. She is encouraged to take part in activities but she is respected if she does not want to. She feels happy that Church View is now her home and has a good relationship with everyone.

All staff, managers, carers, housekeeping and maintenance relate well to residents and treat them with respect.

I have nothing but praise and admiration for this care home and the staff that work there. It is a lovely, homely environment and nothing is too much trouble to/for the carers.

Mum has settled in here so well and it has taken so much stress out of our lives to know that mum is happy and being well looked after.

Overall Experience
My husband entered Church View on the 1st of October 2015 and from day one we have both found the home to be both welcoming and very friendly. The staff always find the time to talk and help with any problems, which are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
We are both virtually 100% happy with my husbands care - my husband has enjoyed his trip out to a pantomime and enjoys the activities and concerts in the home.

Overall, we are highly satisfied with the home itself and the quality of the very caring and cheerful staff.
