Professional, but all the same time kind, caring and considerate, not only treat my mum with respect and kindness but also myself. Nothing was too much. I was able to spend time with my mum who was treated with dignity at all times. I believe she was loved and cared for by all the staff.

Cherry Trees have recently cared for my mother until she recently passed away. Her care has been of the highest standard, especially during her last few weeks. Her room is always clean and she seems to be settling and acknowledges how well cared for she is there. All members of staff speak with you on each visit and never seem inconvenienced by any requests you make of them. A really great care home which is made by the staff!
Many thanks for the lovely review. I'm delighted to hear that the care we provide meets your standards. Kind regards, Care Home Manager.
My mum has been well looked after in her 2 plus years at Cherry Trees.
The staff deserve a medal for being kind and hard working.
I have found Cherry Trees Rotherham employees very helpful, kind and courteous throughout my family member's stay. It seems to be well managed, clean and comfortable. Bedding is clean and changed regularly and the nursing staff caring and efficient and always prepared to answer questions. I have no doubts whatsoever that the home is one I would willingly recommend.
Thank you for such a lovely review and that our home meets your caring standards. Our staff work tirelessly to provide excellent care and a clean home, so hearing this feedback is so rewarding. Kind regards, Sharon Whaley, Care Home Manager.
From the first time we walked into Cherry Trees we felt the welcoming environment. All the staff are really friendly and enthusiastic; the residents seemed really happy and well looked after. The facilities are excellent (some really innovative activities for the residents to participate in). Would recommend Cherry Tres to anyone, in a heartbeat.

My mother lives in Cherry Trees and she is well looked after. The care and support she has there is excellent. Her room is spotless and smells lovely and fresh. She is looking a lot stronger now and has put weight on and she enjoys the meals. The management and staff are brilliant with her. She enjoys the activities and all the pampering she gets. Cherry Trees is a lovely home and I would highly recommend it.

First visit at this care home to see my gram, the attitude of staff is very caring, we were made to feel welcome and were shown to my gram's room, nice friendly faces around. The decor is bright and cheery too. My experience today was a good one.
All the staff from Management downwards are all first class. Their professionalism cannot be praised enough. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to look after the residents.
Thank you for your review. It is brilliant to hear that our care meets your expectations and that our staff are professional and helpful. We look forward to continuing to care for your loved one and offering the best standard of care. Kind regards
Since my mother has been a resident she has had to have paramedics twice and was taken to hospital the second time. During this period the care could not have been better The action was prompt and the procedure above reproach. Everyone there is caring and very kind.
Kind regards.
My Mother was in for 2 weeks and in that time there were no activities at all. We were very disappointed as that was the reason why we put Mum in there.
Down the hall where the rooms are it smelt of urine.

The staff could not do enough for my Dad and us, as a family, even though my father's stay was short due to his dementia and his untimely death. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, also kept us informed of any trips or falls he had.

From the first minute we entered Cherry Trees we (my mother and I) were warmly welcomed. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay. The staff were caring and saw her as an individual and catered to her needs. The food, facilities, activities and her room were excellent.
