Wonderful care given to our daughter .her room is always clean and tidy and decorated regularly.the staff are wonderfully and do a great job she is taken for walks.swimming.to eat out and shopping. The food is varied and she takes part in getting it ready.also they bake which Sophie enjoys.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are incredibly grateful for your trust and are so pleased that you're happy with your daughter's care. Your feedback means a great deal to us.
I know that the staff will say it's all part of the job BUT all at The Lodge go out of there way to make all the care home service users feel part of one BIG family and for that l feel so grateful.
They all make myself and other members of my family feel so welcome when we visit and long May that be the case. So thanks to all.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind words - we're really glad you're happy with your daughter's care and feel welcome when visiting. Your feedback means a lot to our team and we'll be sure to pass it on.
Overall, this residential facility is a wonderful “HOME”. My sister lives there and has made great improvements in her general health and well-being since she moved from the last care home. I just wish it was nearer to Leeds! That is for my own selfish reasons from being unable to see her as often as we (family) would like. As a nurse-led complex needs care home I/we are very happy with the continued “care” that’s given to residents. The hard work of the staff and caregivers means the world to us as a family and I hope that they never feel unappreciated. Many thanks continually to the wonderful staff for the love and care that they show the residents.
Thanks to the management and staff, this problem was addressed with staff and other agencies to get to the bottom of it.
It's a pleasure to know that if my daughter has any problems they are dealt with efficiently by dedicated management and staff.
I have the peace of mind my daughter is cared for excellently.
Top marks to all of the lovely staff and managers, they do a fantastic job.
My brother has been with The Lodge for a number of years and he has always had the best of care. Thank you all.
This gives us great comfort at a distressing time.
The staff and nursing staff are friendly, very professional and caring. The Lodge is a fantastic environment and I feel very relaxed and know that my brother is being well looked after.
Staff are very good, good with people living at The Lodge, very friendly and help you if you need information about The Lodge or my brother.
This is the first time I have visited The Lodge, I attended my sister's birthday party today and I must say, this is the nicest care home that my sister has ever stayed at. Every single member of staff were friendly and welcoming and an absolute pleasure to be around, the other residents were also lovely and friendly and we all really enjoyed ourselves. We were told that we are welcome to call anytime at all!!!!! The Lodge is an absolutely brilliant place and I would highly recommend it to anyone xxxxx
