Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. Ensuring we employ the best candidates to support our homes is a priority for us and we are undergoing a full recruitment drive for the home. Until this is concluded we will use agency staff to support where necessary by block bookings of care staff and nurses who have been with us for three or more months to ensure continuity of care. Bedrooms are deep cleaned monthly, and all rooms are checked and cleaned daily with spot checks taking place throughout the day by senior staff and the Home Manager. Our leading nutritional management system, along with our hospitality specialists support us to provide healthy, well-balanced meals for those in our care. We understand that nutrition is vital to the health of our residents and so we are committed to offering them meals that are not only delicious but also nutritious. We believe the dining experience is an important part of the day for residents and we aim to ensure this is always a positive time where our residents can enjoy wholesome meals from our menu. If they would like something else, this too can be arranged.

Please contact us for latest vacancies.
I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2013 and spent my first years working within the NHS on both medical admissions and critical care. It is here that I gained my clinical experience and developed the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent resident care. I then moved into Care Homes and have worked for numerous years at both the Deputy and Manager level. I have completed my Level 5 Qualification IAO Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care for Adults and my passion is to ensure that our residents live a life where they are valued, loved and cared for as one of our own. I want our home to feel like their home and I want their family and friends to feel welcome into our home-from-home environment.
I have an open-door policy so please feel free to come and meet me when I am in Monday to Friday.
Thank you and I look forward to meeting you all soon
