Mum has only been in the home for four weeks, had trouble settling, kept saying she wanted to go home! but the staff have been very understanding and supportive, taken her individual feelings and needs...

Mum has only been in the home for four weeks, had trouble settling, kept saying she wanted to go home! but the staff have been very understanding and supportive, taken her individual feelings and needs into consideration and she has now started to think this is her home. Mum likes to go shopping, so staff will take her into the kitchen and get her a loaf of bread etc to take back to her room and she is happy then.
