Very clean and welcoming care home. Friendly and professional staff, nothing is too much trouble. Mum has only been in the home for four weeks, had trouble settling, kept saying she wanted to go home! but the staff have been very understanding and supportive, taken her individual feelings and needs
into consideration and she has now started to think this is her home. Mum likes to go shopping, so staff will take her into the kitchen and get her a loaf of bread etc to take back to her room and she is happy then.

My mother has been here over a year, we find she has now settled and is taken care of very well. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
