All the staff are lovely, the home is spotless. The residents are looked after so well, they are treated like family. They staff look clean and tidy. They are all so sociable and helpful. It felt like going home! The staff made me feel at ease and welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The meals looked hotel standard - I will highly recommend this beautiful home to everyone I meet.
I am very happy with the care my husband is getting. They all are very caring and I feel confident in them. he has settled down well and is happy. Thank you to Management, Head of Care and carers and nurses.
My friend was only here for a month but I think he was well looked after from what I've seen whilst visiting.
In the short time we have been here we have found the staff to be helpful, friendly, caring, there is a warm welcome when you arrive to visit.
