My mum often chooses to stay in her room, but I am aware that there are a number of activities available for residents. Staff are kind, caring and interested in the state and welfare of residents. Are safety-aware and make an effort to keep residents' rooms clean. I think that staff face many challenges amongst which is caring for many people who are declining but despite this they provide good support to residents.

Mum seems happy and always looks very clean and tidy. She has improved over time. Please remember I can't get into the home only the day room so don't really know the geography. I can see Mum's room from outside as she is on ground level. Looks very clean and tidy.
