Overall Experience
Since it became apparent my dads care needs had increased, I chose Brooklands. Since then his needs have increased as his dementia has deteriorated. The lady in the office has been so helpful and kind and the staff in the Brooklyn unit are all fabulous, so caring and conscientious. The residential rooms are lovely and the whole place is bright and clean.

It was an emotional decision to move dad from my home into a care home but I don't believe I could've made a better choice.

I have been in a few care homes over the years, and this is head and shoulders above the others. The care, gentleness, kindness, genuine interest in my mum, and all others exceeds my expectations. Well run, organised. If won the lotto I would give the staff here half of it.
