I was very well cared for in a happy environment. Everyone very helpful nothing is too much trouble.
I can not fault the care here. The food is very good. All the staff are very nice and friendly. I would like to thank all the staff for their care.
It was an emotional decision to move dad from my home into a care home but I don't believe I could've made a better choice.
I found all the carers at Brooklands Care Home very good in every aspect of their job towards my dad and also to other people.
Plenty of well trained motivated staff who are open to questions and concerns.
I have been in a few care homes over the years, and this is head and shoulders above the others. The care, gentleness, kindness, genuine interest in my mum, and all others exceeds my expectations. Well run, organised. If won the lotto I would give the staff here half of it.
Mum could not be better looked after in the home.

Meet the Team (1)
Lisa is Brooklands Care's Interim Home Manager. Lisa has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Lisa is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home, but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our residents' care or any problems they may be experiencing. She is keen to work closely and in partnership with our Residents, their relatives and significant others to benefit the Residents in her care. Lisa is a dynamic team leader and has an ongoing interest in professional development and career progression.
