Connaught Court is an RMBI Home and is occupied by elderly Freemasons and/or their dependants. The facilities here are par/excellence and as good as, if not better, than many hotels in the UK. Residents are means tested prior to acceptance and in no way feel they are receiving charity. The accommodation is first class, as area all the facilities including; food, entertainment, laundry, washing, etc. There is a large lounge/cinema, dinging rooms, chapel, gardens, car park and reception desk etc.

After being told by hospital doctors I had a condition in both legs which could lead to gangrene and amputation. I didn't want any of my three sons and their partners to have the responsibility of caring for me so I applied here in Connaught Court, and although I am still relatively fit, no one knows what's around the corner, you can see by the ratings I have given for Connaught Court what I think of this care home!
