Having not seen my aunty in two years, it is lovely to see how happy she still is. She appears to be well cared for, and the care staff who took me to her room were lovely and obviously care a lot for my aunty.
Many thanks for taking the time to give us such positive feedback.
Outstanding staff who go above and beyond to make you feel special. Nothing too much, always wanting to make me feel happy and cared for. Having nurses on duty at all times makes you feel really safe.
Many thanks for taking the time to complete such positive feedback, we will make the staff aware of this.
Primrose House Care Home has the most amazing staff who have become like family. All of the staff go above and beyond to keep my Nana safe and well. The manager cannot do enough for you, keeping you up to date with everything happening. She's approachable and very friendly.
My lovely dad has been a resident for over a year now in Primrose House. The care he has received has been excellent. The staff go above and beyond with their care for dad. The meals are all well presented and look delicious. Dad is always clean and tidy and his room is excellent. All concerns are acted upon immediately. I must mention one staff member who is great to deal with over the phone. I thoroughly recommend Primrose House and especially its musical activities.
Very happy with my mother's treatment. But both having Covid vaccines, it's about time was allowed more personal contact.
I found the visit to be very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and the home is very neat and clean. Residents are very well cared for and are well looked after. The activities are very good.
Many thanks for taking the time to complete feedback. It is good to get positive feedback which we can share with the staff.

My mam has settled in very well since last November which makes me very happy. The staff have a lovely caring and friendly attitude which Mam loves. Any concerns have been dealt with promptly. The home has a lovely, comfortable and friendly feel to it which attracted us from the beginning.
Thank you for your kind response and we thank you for taking the time to complete the card.
The family feel very included in her care. All the staff are very welcoming and keep us informed of mam's welfare during the regular respite for her and us.
Thank you for taking the time to send us a response, it is most appreciated.
My experience of mum's care is exemplary - very responsive and caring to her needs. Staff displaying professional and caring attention at all times.
They are kind and not overpowering which is nice to see when someone is unwell and wants re-assurance.
Just want to say thank you to all the staff for your kindness and care given to my husband's grandma. She looks so well and with care and kindness given by you, I know she will continue to thrive. Thank you all.
Thank you for taking the time to send a review.
We find the home is very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They carry out their duties very well and give the residents a great deal of care. The staff also look after the resident's needs as regards to cleanliness and hygiene. The home is always bright and makes family and visitors very welcome. The atmosphere in the home makes visiting easy and relaxing.
Once again I have nothing but praise for the staff and the pleasant, clean surroundings at Primrose House. The food is of an excellent quality and the social events are very entertaining.
They go out of their way to welcome family and friends visiting, it is a well-run home and creates a safe very caring environment for residents, varying activities for residents, bingo, quizzes, singers, creative and more. This is, in my opinion, has a very high standard of care, secure entrances, good food, very high standard of cleanliness (no "care home odour"), wonderful Manager and staff who are professional, caring, friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. To place a loved one in care is stressful but Primrose House gives family total peace of mind.
Thank you for such lovely feedback.
My mother is happy in Primrose House and well looked after. My mother takes part in the activities that are available. She has been in this care home for more than 4 years - that is how happy we all are!!
