Moved from a home that closed, most staff and residents who were at the home came along to Willow. I must say I have fun, plenty chats, I never feel alone, always asked if I need anything.

The staff are my best friends, supported at all tines, management is great, always around offering support and getting involved.

I can not find the words to thank all these at Willow Lodge, one of my families hardest times and the staff, manager and activities staff were there. Daily support for us all and poor mum who was not well. They made her comfortable and met all needs and more. Thank You.

The new care home manager seems to be bringing a breath of fresh air to the place. The environment is beginning to look somewhat fresher which is nice but secondary to care factors. I am impressed that she has taken the time to seek me out and ask about my thoughts/opinions about my fathers care. Issues have been frankly openly discussed with very person centred care agreed. I am very pleased to see the core values of respect/dignity/autonomy being offered to my relative as a result. I look forward to this new chapter in what is a lovely home.

Since I wrote my last review my Mum has passed away. I would like to thank all the staff at Willow Lodge for their kindness and compassion looking after Mum in her final minutes on earth. Thank you all. She went peacefully with a member of staff holding her hand, talking to her, for which we were truly grateful as we were unable to get there in time. When we went to Willow Lodge we were treated with utmost kindness and compassion, thank you all.
