My first impression of the home was that it had a nice homely atmosphere. The staff made us welcome and showed is everywhere. They were all friendly and obviously very capable and efficient, they answered questions which were so necessary as it is confusing and such a big step for the resident, leaving the life and home you have known and entering a different environment is a shock to anyone. The staff ease the situation with their kindness and caring manner at all times.

My mother gets very confused at times and gets upset. I am sure that the staff and carers do their best for her and I am impressed by the patience they have with her. I am sure this is the best place for her to be in her current condition.

Nicest home, nice staff, very easy to talk to. I like everything about the home. My husband was very happy with the care and attention he received from all the staff. I couldn't have wished for better care. His last days were very content and I was extremely happy that he died in such great surroundings. If my husband was here today he would have said the exact same.

Mam settled into Hebburn Court straight away at home, at home she was unhappy. The staff are caring and very friendly, we are offered tea or coffee. Mam enjoys her meals. I feel happy that she is being looked after properly which is a big thing, because I used to worry about her so much. She enjoys the dancing and trips out as well. No complaints.
