Since Mam has come to this home, she has done so much better, thriving. Her behaviour is very challenging, but the staff know how to handle her.
They totally spoilt her on her 90th birthday; nothing was a bother to the staff. The family really appreciates everything you's do for her. Thank you. x

The staff always ensure my grans care needs are met. Every time I visit, Gran is always clean and presentable. Care staff cannot do enough to support not only my gran but also her visiting family. We visited for her 90th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had the best day.
The care staff deserve a big appreciation bonus to thank them for all they do for their residents.

The staff are lovely, patient and kind when dealing with often confused, unpredictable and vulnerable residents, not an easy job. Staff and management are amazing people, always happy and upbeat and show great patience with the residents and family. I hadn't been in the care home before the new management took over but every day you can see new things being added to the surroundings and the place really feels very welcoming.
My
father was a difficult resident due to his dementia but the support that I received from everyone in enabling us to get the help he needed was first class.

At this present time, Hebburn Court has improved a lot since the new manager has taken over. Lots of new decorations, staff and activities for the residents. It seems very "upbeat" to what it has been since Covid. My mam is well cared for and seems happy. Manager is happy to see you at any time.

Overall care given at Hebburn Court is good and feel this is down to the carers and nurses that are working there. My experience is that they genuinely care for my mam and look after her to the best of their abilities, keeping her clean, safe and fed.
The decoration of the home, and garden are a little
run down, but is currently being addressed by the new owners and improvements can be seen throughout the communal and bedroom areas.
Whenever I have had any concerns I have spoken to management who are always happy to give me the time to talk through things.

Appalling place, would not leave my pet there. No care respect or dignity. Staff say not enough staff and the manager says they are liars. My father-in-law was left soaking wet that cold, the nurse could not even get his stats, too much to mention. He was only there 3 weeks before he passed. Please
don't leave your relatives here especially if they don't have the capacity to speak up for themselves, shame on you Hebburn Court.

Since the pandemic started I have been kept up to date with information by various ways of communication. Arranging video calls with my grandfather has been much of a help for the family and my grandfather. Indoor visits have been excellent and well organised.

Just to put pen to paper to tell you that since this terrible pandemic, it has had terrible effect on the mental health of not only residents but also on close family. I might add at this point I would not have gotten through this terrible year but for the activity person in Hebburn Court. She goes
beyond her role and has kept me up to date with my mother's wellbeing, she deserves praise indeed. She is worth her weight in gold!

They are doing a great job, making every effort to make our loved ones feel cared for and happy. My mam has regular pamper days where her hair and nails are done, they have movie days, crafts, music and so on.
Mam is part of a friendship group with another 4 ladies which is wonderful. When we go for
window visits or go to drop goodies off, there is a smell of delicious food being prepared, my mam regularly has porridge and a full cooked breakfast which is incredible as mam never used to have breakfast.
A huge thank you to everyone at Hebburn Court for your care and hard work looking after our wonderful mam. If your loved one is needing care, I would recommend Hebburn Court 100%.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They look after my aunt so well and with such care. There are always plenty of activities to keep the residents entertained and the staff encourage them to join in. I am so pleased I chose this care home for my aunt. I can relax knowing she is getting the best care

My husband went into Hebburn Court in March, just before lockdown, so I didn't get to meet many staff.
The administrator has been almost a friend to talk to and she reassures me if I have any worries, also whoever answers the phone when I ring Hebburn Court are always polite and friendly. I would recommend
