My brother-in-law has been a happy resident for over a year now, and I am a happy relative because his close family found a marvellous place that takes such great care of him.
Always a welcoming atmosphere. More than one comfortable very clean lounge for residents, (but not clinical). The rooms are a home from home, with comfortable seats side tables and televisions in each. (There are no seats placed around the walls).
Tea and coffee facilities are available at all times so visitors can make their own refreshments. The staff interactions with the residents are patient, kind and cheerful, and residents that require help with eating are gently helped by talking and encouraging all the time.
My brother-in-law's room has a comfortable bed, table, with family pictures on the walls and personal items brought from home on the table and clothes storage etc.

He is always clean and dressed in fresh clean clothes. Such peace of mind for us all. Thanks everyone at Stapleton House.

My husband has been a resident at Stapleton House for 14 months. I have nothing but praise for this care home, everyone works really hard to make it a home from home. I sometimes choose to stay and have my lunch at the home with my husband, the staff set a lovely table for 2 and turn it into a special occasion for us. It is the little thoughtful things like that which are very touching and mean a great deal to me.

My husband is at all times treated with the utmost respect and dignity in every aspect of his care and that is very important to us as a family, at the same time they maintain a great sense of humour and they never fail to make my husband smile. The last 14 months have not been easy for me as we had never been apart in 62 years, but knowing my husband is in good hands and being well looked after has made a very difficult time a lot easier to accept. I would not hesitate in recommending Stapleton House to anyone looking for an outstanding care home for their loved one.

My relative was in the home for almost a year and they received the best care possible. It is a lovely home with a quiet garden. The staff are amazing and made sure my relative was comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.
