fabulous home with great staff the whole team are so caring for my grandmother. The whole care staff, the cleaners and kitchen staff are caring and really make a difference. Since the new manager started things have even improved more, everyone is happier, settled and she leads by example often seen helping residents and staff. I heard the staff talking about the home having waiting list for new residents. No wonder its a great place, we couldn't be happier with grans care. Well done all.

I have been visiting my aunt for sometime at Falstone Manor - I have always been impressed by the standard of care, the team are so kind and caring and this shows in the care they deliver to my aunt and all the residents. The food is excellent and the home is very clean tidy and odour free, the whole team make a great effort from the manager - who is always out and about in the home - to the nurses -carers - cleaners and kitchen staff who are all so dedicated. Well done everyone - Falstone Manor is a brilliant example of personalised care for its residents.

Excellent attentive staff - pleased to see staff now stay in living room. I have witnessed short staffing due to illness and no replacement. Father was involved in an accident when he was a passenger in the Falstone van. This caused distress. Mother's repeat prescription was late and she had stomach discomfort as a result. Staff respond to any request we make as a family and always make time to update us. Caring and considerate staff. A 'to do' list on Mam/Dad's room would act as a reminder for hearing aid (dad) and denture adhesive (mam). Premises excellent standard.

My son has been in Falstone Manor for 8 years, but in the past 10 weeks since the new manager has been in post the care has improved so much, the staff are happier and the residents are settled. The new manager is a brilliant role model and inspirational in her leadership of the care team. For the first time in many years I know my son is so well cared for and safe. Thank you - I can now sleep at night.

Mum came to Falstone Manor as a respite resident. Within 1 week she was so content that she decided to stay. The staff from the management down to the cleaners have all been superb. They have all met mums needs both medically and socially. The meals are excellent, offering a wide range of meals. It's great to see mum putting on weight and enjoying life, something she hasn't done for years. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The new manager in The Manor has made such a difference all ready, the home is brighter, cheerful, everyone seems more settled. The care has picked up with consistent staffing - there are still some agency staff but they have been there before. The new manager is a nurse and this shows in the way she talks to the staff and residents and the families, she is professional but very friendly and always seems to be there!

Staff always pleasant and helpful towards all the family and my mother (in care). We feel confident that she is cared for and made comfortable at all times. Falstone is always kept clean and tidy and would recommend other families to consider a placement for their family member when the time arises.
