Dear Allan, Thank you for taking the time to give such positive feedback. It is good to hear the positives about our services.
My mother's care was second to none, nothing was a bother no
The nurses gave the very best of care and reassured and kept family members informed and included.
All family members were welcomed to visit at any time of day or night. We were supplied with tea, coffee, sandwiches and the best cream scones ever. The staff checked on us to make sure we were as comfortable as possible without being intrusive.
A very difficult time was made so much easier to deal with for all involved.
Harty thanks are sent to all.
