Thank you for your comments. We're very glad to hear that you are happy with the care your mother is receiving and I will pass on your kind words to the rest of the team. We are currently getting our windows repainted and new plastic sills installed to improve their appearance and we've also had our minibus in for a service and clean.
Thank you for your feedback, Debra. I'm glad to hear you're happy with the home. Our activities coordinator is going to be planning some more outings as our minibus is in for its annual service at the minute. I'll ask her to let you know about any outings we have coming up.
Thank you for your comments. We're delighted to hear that you are happy with the standards of care at Barnes Court and your kind comments about our staff - I will be sure to pass these on to the team. With regards to your comment on the lack of trips out, we usually cut back on the number of planned day trips out during the winter months due to the unpredictable weather which can lead to trips being cancelled at last minute which we always want to avoid. We will be incorporating more day trips out into our activities plan as the weather improves & will be asking for residents' suggestions for places to visit. However, because we understand that getting out and about for some fresh air all year round is important to some of our residents, staff do regularly accompany residents for a walk around the local area, such as trips to the local shops.
